I am 25years old, I have been battling with dark knuckles, in fact, the more I apply knuckles cream, the more it gets worse, so recently I thought of getting Gluthatione pills and start using them so my hands and legs can be uniform again. But I am afraid it might have side effects, please help me.....I will do anything you ask me to do at this moment.

Consult with your doctor before you start taking any new supplement. There are several options available if you are looking for natural ways to lighten dark knuckles. You can try exfoliating the affected area with a gentle scrub, apply lemon juice, or using a product that contains natural bleaching ingredients such as aloe vera, papaya, and turmeric.

How can you tell if cellulitis infection which is on your breast is getting better or worse
Female | 36
Your breast is infected, with cellulitis, a skin condition. Contact a dermatologist if signs get worse. These include worsening redness, warmth, swelling, pain, and perhaps a fever. Listen closely to instructions for treating it. Take antibiotics as directed. Keep your breast clean. If possible, elevate your breast to ease swelling.

Hello I have been having a skin infection of something that looks like ringworm. It starts like a pimple and later widens into different sizes. It started appearing on my thighs and is now appearing on every other part of my body except my face and scalp. There are moments when my skin is void of any but on other periods it appears almost every where with a lot on my fingers and palms. It's been on and off for more than 10 years now. I've consulted several dematologist with each having a different diagnosis and prescribing different creams to be applied on the affected spots but those have not helped me in any way. I truly do not know what else to do. Please help.
Female | 27
Ringworms often spread and return if not treated well. Fungal infections love warm, damp body areas. Antifungal creams don't always work for severe and stubborn infections. I suggest seeing an experienced dermatologist. They can evaluate your unique condition much better and recommend medications or other treatments suitable for this.

If you have phimosis symptoms, make sure to contact a healthcare specialist. Although skin stretching exercises may be beneficial for some cases, they have the potential to cause further harm if performed incorrectly. One should consult a Doctor to receive proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hi, I am a girl of 19 years old. My boyfriend has given me a love bite on my breast and on back. I wanted to ask if this is normal? As I am feeling a bit sick and feverish. I want to know if this is okay to feel such way? For more information, earlier when i got a love bite, it was on neck and i faced neck infection. I had neck swelling. It got okay after medications though. But I want to know if there are chances for swelling this time too? Something like this? Or will it be okay with time and nothing will happen? Please clear. Thanks
Female | 19
A love bite can cause fever and sickness, it's normal. Your boyfriend's bite on the breast and back may have let bacteria enter broken skin. This causes infection - swelling and tenderness. Clean the area, use warm compress, take pain meds if needed. But if pus appears or symptoms worsen, get medical help right away.

Good day, I want to consult you regarding a congenital nevus and a female child aged 7.5 years. The nevus is visible at the back of the back, measuring 2-2.5cm vertically and 1-1.5cm horizontally. Is it safe to remove the nevus, is it possible to remove it completely, without leaving any cell that would continue to grow and become malignant. Is it safe in the sense that there is no risk of turning into melanoma if it is split? Thank you in advance for asking, Nice day
Female | 7
A birthmark that grows is called congenital nevus. Most are harmless, but removal could help if it bothers your child or risks becoming melanoma (cancer). Talk to a dermatologist. If removal is best, they'll do it carefully to minimize any left cells that could maybe become cancerous. Watch for changes. Follow the doctor's advice.

I have blisters on my perineum for 4 days. No discharge, no bleeding . The pain comes and goes . I have never had this before please assist
Female | 26
Blisters can be due to friction, an allergic reaction, or even a viral infection like herpes. No discharge or bleeding has been reported, therefore, it is more likely that it is not an infection. Keeping the area clean and dry and avoiding tight clothes will be the simplest way to do so. However, it is still better to consult a dermatologist in case the blisters persist or get worse.

Symptoms may consist of sensitivity, raw spots as well as peeling skin. Mera beta 6 months k h...usse bht mosquitoes cutne k baad redness Kam hone k baad skin p black black mark ho jata h .....sir black spot kaise normal hoga????
Male | 6 month
Itchy skin can cause these marks when scratched frequently irritating the area. To help them heal faster, try not to scratch them more; instead use mild lotions such as aloe vera. Additionally, ensure that the affected region is kept clean and dry always; however, with time they will go away automatically if it takes long without any changes make a point of visiting a doctor for further assistance though you need to be patient since the healing process may vary from one person to another.

I am 24 yrs old i m hair loss around the penis please give suggestions
Male | 24
The penis area hair loss reason can be different. The rubbing of garments or activities is a common one. Also, psoriasis or fungal infections may cause hair to drop in that location. Use antidandruff medicine if it itches or appears red, keep it neat and dry besides dressing with comfortable clothes regularly is essential for preventing more hair fall in this region.

Aoa , I'm 22 years old and I'm having hair fall, I have a lot of pain in my head, always on top side, any good medicine or shampoo.
Male | 22
The hair loss can be because of stress, hormonal imbalances, inadequate nutrition levels, or medical issues. The importance of consulting a dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment cannot be overstressed. Without being given a proper diagnosis, the application of over-the-counter shampoos and medications will only make it worse.

Male | 20
Your hair loss is coming in clumps and here is the explanation. This can happen because of a condition called alopecia areata, which is characterized by patches of hair loss. Psychological trauma, family history, or a reaction of the immune system can all be the factors. A dermatologist is your first stop. Treatments like topical medications or injections can help promote hair regrowth.

Hello Its look like a rashes on foreskin of my penis and dryness what should i use
Male | 27
It sounds like you may have a skin problem on your penis known as balanitis. Red rashes and dryness on the foreskin could be caused by this. It can result from poor hygiene; being irritated by certain soaps, detergents, or even a yeast infection. Thoroughly clean it with warm water and mild soap slowly and then apply fragrance-free moisturizer. If it doesn't improve, contact a dermatologist.

This could be a rash, eczema, or an infection. Be careful of any redness, itching, or changes in your baby's skin. To keep your baby safe, wash their skin with mild soap and water. If you see any new symptoms, it's better to talk to a dermatologist to get the correct treatment.

I'm 19 I have bacterial infection past 2months so I visit to my near general doctor they suggest clonate ointment and candid dusting powder but still there is no improvement?daybyday its increased and itching also I have so I used clobetamil ointment now infection is mildly decreased but this is not permanent solution?so pls give solution for my problem dr
Female | 19
Clonate ointment and candid dusting powder are corticosteroid and antifungal powder respectively which are not recommended for treating bacterial infections and hence it is suggested to stop the same at once. Proper diagnosis and treating the condition accordingly is essential in your case. Ruling out underlying cause and identifying the source of bacterial infections is equally important. Please consult a Dermatologist immediately so that appropriate antibiotics, good skin care regimen and creams can be recommended.

Hi, I've recently noticed I some wart like lumps have appeared near in and around my eye I had this issue last year which I removed them myself I'm just slightly concerned as to why they have come back?
Male | 36
Wart-like bumps near your eye that recur might result from HPV. This virus causes warts on skin. Symptoms are small, raised, maybe itchy or painful bumps. For treatment, see a dermatologist. They'll properly remove using freezing or medication. Treating prevents warts from spreading and worsening.
