You have a urinary tract infection (UTI). UTIs are responsible for testicular pressure, burning is experienced when you pee, and discomfort in the penis. It is necessary to take in a lot of water and not to hold in your pee. You may require antibiotics that are given to you by a urologist to cure your illness.

Testicular and inner thigh pain that becomes sharper during masturbation is likely to be a condition called epididymitis. This is when there is an inflammation of the tube behind the testicle. Hence, the primary procedure is to reduce the frequency of masturbation and visit a urologist for a medical examination. Hello. I've been noticing that both my testicles have been stiff for the past 4 weeks. Besides this, I have just recently noticed a small, barely the size of a speck of dust lump newr the top of my left testicle. It was not painful to the touch before, but now it hurts very slightly, like a dull ache from a bruise. My ejaculations have been normal, and morning wood is present as well. Please advise further.
Male | 19
You might have trouble with your scrotum which sounds as an ache. Blockage, a lesser lump, and only slight pain might be indications of an issue. Though these signs are multiple the primary causes might be testicular torsion or epididymitis. The evaluation is necessary in order for a doctor to specify the type of problem you are dealing with. Seek advice right away to know for sure.

I'm glad you talked about your frequent urination. That's a good thing there's no pain or burning. Aside from your tendency to move fluids, drinking a lot of tea or taking a stress pill may also be the culprits. As well, your inflamed bladder or your unresolved diabetes can cause you to go to the toilet too often. If the situation persists or worsens, meet a urologist.
