It is okay to be late sometimes. It is usually caused by stress, an illness, or a change in routine but can be delayed by natural forces. The tablet, Strovid-400 Ofloxacin, is well-known as an antibiotic used for infections, but it is never used as a delaying pill for periods. In case your period is late and you are not sure whether you are pregnant or not, it would be a good idea to take a pregnancy test or pay a visit to a gynecologist.

Maam I'm 7 weeks pregnant, l had consumed hing in pomogranate seed size, is it danger or I will det miscarriage? I am afraid of tat plz reply to me

Female | 20

Consuming asafoetida, even in pomegranate seed size, is generally safe during pregnancy. It's a little bit impossible to miscarry this one. In case you feel strange such as having intense belly pains, a lot of blood including stains, or giddiness, you must seek help from your health doctor. Seek peace and avoid being too anxious. Your body is strong and small amounts of asafoetida can be tolerated. A balanced diet and your doctor's advice for a healthy pregnancy are still the things you should remember.

I am 18 year old , i missed my periods , i had first time sex on 12 th and bleeded for 3 days and my period date was 17 and today is 27 they hadn't cane yet and we used protection

Female | 18

Your periods can get delayed after sex, particularly if bleeding lasts days. Stress or hormones may cause this too. Protection lowers pregnancy chances. Relax, eat right, and rest well. if you still have no period in 1-2 weeks then take a pregnancy test.

I have been taking contraceptives for some time now and my last time of taking was December 15 I haven't had sex till now my menses came December n last month but was supposed to come last week but it didn't come. I checked for pregnancy n it was negative

Female | 27

Hormonal contraceptives do affect your menstrual cycle. Also if your pregnancy test is negative then the period delay can be due to stress, changes in weight, or certain medications.

Is it normal to have a cycle that is normally 28 days but then has been jumping between 28-33

Female | 21

It's normal to have cycle length variations. Factors like stress affect cycle regularity. A 28-33 day cycle is still regular.. . See a doctor if bleeding is HEAVY or PAINFUL.

I have pelvic cramps for over a year now. I tested positive for strep B and now wonder whether I could have pelvic inflammatory disease. I was put on doxycycline and metronizdale as a precaution, which was stopped after 7 days because my STD screening was negative, However, now my cramps feel worse.

Female | 19

Get a thorough evaluation done as Pelvic cramps are caused due to some reasons. While it's challenging to provide a definitive solution without a proper examination, here are a few possibilities that you may consider - Pelvic inflammatory disease, gynecological conditions, or musculoskeletal issues can result in cramps and discomfort.

I. Have severe menstrual pain.... suggest me any tip?

Female | 17

The painful menstruation is common for many women. One should get some rest, warm up and use a heating pad to reduce the pain. However, if the pain is extreme or bleeding is severe, you are advised to see a gynecologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
