These appearing spots might be due to a rash-like condition called Contact Dermatitis or may even occur as an infection like Folliculitis. The first thing you can do is keep the affected area moisturized and dry in case there is a significant amount of this. However, to be sure, these spots must be seen by a dermatologist to be able to give the appropriate treatment.
