The skin problem which is presented with red circles & itching in the private parts is most likely due to the fungal infection. Nowadays there are lots of such problems in fungal infections in terms of the resistance of fungal infections and also in terms of the duration of treatment that is required. Ideally, you need to go through the antifungal treatment and go to the dermatologist who will guide you with the right anti-fungal treatment for a prolonged period of time. Till all the rashes go back because even if a few rashes are also left it will come back. That is why visit the nearest dermatologist.
