I am 32 and 7 months old i missed my period then i took the test it shows positive but the color was faint then after 2 days i again do the test but this time also the color was faint, we went to doctor and she suggest do the Uther sound but nothing was there is uterus and as per the doctor it was 4 week of pregnancy. today on 12th may 2023 i am bleeding, Is i was really pregnant or its because of the hormonal imbalance. My last period was start on 6th April ,2023 please suggest

If you had faint positive pregnancy test results and the ultrasound did not detect a pregnancy in the uterus, it's possible that the pregnancy did not progress or was very early on. So the bleeding could also be due to hormonal imbalances or other factors. Check with a gynecologist to be rest assured
