sir my penis frenulum got cut during sex now it is paining
Male | 25
Sometimes during sexual activity, the frenulum, a band of tissue connecting the penis to the foreskin, can tear. Intense or rough intercourse often causes this injury. If you've noticed bleeding, swelling, or discomfort below the head of your penis, a torn frenulum may explain these symptoms. Clean the area gently using mild soap and water. Apply an antiseptic ointment to prevent infection and aid healing. Should the pain persist or worsen, consult a urologist promptly.

Hi..doc..i need to know what causes penis some small pain..is not a sharp pain..is only last about a second...and it doesnt has this discharge..no burning pee..no swollen..everything seems normal..
Male | 52
The penis may feel hurt just for a second with none of those other things (like burning when you pee or discharge or swelling). This is called 'penile trauma' and it could mean that there was a little injury or annoyance to the penis. Giving some rest and not handling it roughly might help with this. If the pain doesn’t stop or get better, seeing a urologist can be good so they can check everything out.

Sir I have testies varicose veins and epididymis how can I chre it help me
Male | 20
You may have a condition called varicocele when the veins in your testicles are enlarged like the varicose veins in your legs. This can cause a scrotum that is swollen or heavy to feel. The epididymis is a coiled tube located behind the testicle, and it can also become inflamed, leading to pain and swelling. Varicoceles and epididymitis don't usually lead to serious problems, but it's important to see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis. The doctor might recommend wearing supportive underwear, taking pain medication, applying ice packs, and sometimes surgery in severe cases.

When one has a UTI, they might experience pain or a burning sensation during urination. It occurs when bacteria get into the bladder or urethra and multiply. Make sure to keep taking the prescribed antibiotics until they are finished even if you start feeling better. Also, ensure that you drink a lot of water to drive out these germs from your body. If the signs continue after some days, visit a urologist for a further checkup.

After doing sex going for urine after every 2 minutes
Female | 40
You may be having Cystitis or simply UTI, which is a common condition characterized by frequent urination after sex. This is possibly attributed to the creation of the flow of urination quickly enough by forcing the kidneys to eliminate waste after sex. The bladder may become considerably more sensitive than typical. With this being the possible reason, you can relieve yourself of frequent urination during sex: urine, first, before the sex, and after it, drink lots of water to be sure you are drinking enough. If it persists, the best option is to consult a urologist.

1 month ago my sperm color turned yellow, what is that condition, sometimes slight pain while urinating
Male | 26
Yellowish semen is also a symptom of health problems, including STDs, or prostate inflammation. Visiting a urologist or a reproductive specialist who can perform a thorough examination of any potential problems is recommended. Painful urination could be a sign of infection as well, that should be treated early, so you must visit doctor soon.

Hi Dr Neeta, I have a bend towards left in my penis. I do not feel any pain or discomfort with an erection. I am not able to figure out whether it is peyronie's disease or just a natural curvature. It feels like I have some extra muscles on the left side on my penis.
Male | 28
You might have Peyronie's disease which can develop a bent penis. The reason for this is the degradation of the penis and scar tissue formation inside the penis. It can be either the result of injury or unknown reasons. You probably won't need the treatment if it doesn't hurt or cause any issues. But if you're concerned, visiting a urologist could be beneficial. They may recommend medication, injections, or surgery.

What will a doctor do if I have painful urination?
Male | 23
UTIs happen with bacteria in urine. Symptoms include painful urination, frequent urges, and cloudy/smelly urine. Drink plenty of water. See a doctor for antibiotics to clear infection. Pain while peeing could signal a UTI. When bacteria enter urine, an infection develops. Water helps flush out bacteria. Antibiotics from a urologist can treat and cure UTIs.

A urinary tract infection is likely the cause of your symptoms. Germs invading your urinary system instigate inflammation. Along with painful, burning urination, you might experience frequent urges and cloudy urine. Staying hydrated aids in flushing out bacteria. However, if discomfort persists, consulting a urologist would be prudent.
