PCOS is a situation when your hormones are out of balance due to some factors like irregular menstrual cycles, the occasional pimple breakout, and sometimes being overweight, etc. But really, it can be treated in time and doesn't pass from person to person, therefore, be cautious. Certainly, one way to do it is by consuming the right food and getting you moving every day. If you suspect, go and get checked by a gynecologist.

Hi! Took ipill on 23rd Nov, got brown discharge/bleeding very little similar to 5th of period on 4th December, period due in 12th dec, I am assuming that this brown discharge is withdrawal bleeding. What next and when will I get my next period? On 12th itself?
Female | 19
It looks like you might be experiencing withdrawal bleeding, which can happen after the use of emergency contraception such as the I-pill. This brown discharge is usually lighter and atypical of a regular period. As your next period is expected to occur on December 12, it seems to be more likely that your period will come earlier or be a little delayed due to hormonal changes. If you are worried or your cycle differs from your normal pattern considerably, I would advise you to consult a gynecologist for reassurance.

Actually my cycle last period start on 20 th August and end on 25 th August what is my ovulation date plz answer me????
Female | 19
By assuming a standard ovulation cycle of 28 days, ovulation occurs at the time of the next period which is 14 days prior to the period. Thus, your last period began on August 20th, hence you are likely to ovulate on or around September 3rd. Some indications of ovulation are differences in the thickness of cervical mucus, slight abdominal pain, and a rise in basal body temperature. You can also use ovulation predictor kits to check for ovulation.

Im 31yrs married , have 2 yrs kid. I had continuous menses in the month of Nov and till 15th Dec. Missed my menses for Jan... Performed P test which came out negative.... But I feel some movements in my stomach... Am I pregnant or do I have any other issues i should be worried of...
Female | 31
Getting a P-test as negative with irregular menses and movements in the stomach with this information the chances of being pregnant cannot be ruled out.
Most important factor associated with P-test is when and how it is being performed.
False Negative Pregnancy Test
- A false negative pregnancy test is in case you are pregnant but the test comes up negative. The most common reason behind false negative is that the test was performed too early.
Even though your period is late as per your usual cycle, you might have ovulated later in the month. It's not unusual to have an off or irregular cycle occasionally. In addition to it, you must have counted the number of days from your last period incorrectly
Pregnancy tests assess the pregnancy hormone hCG, which rises as pregnancy progresses. The standard range for hCG levels in pregnant women may differ. Pregnancy test before the specified time might pick and detect low amounts of hCG.
-Another reason behind the false negative is not having sufficient hCG in the urine while performing the test. In the early days of pregnancy, there is chance that the hormone concentration can get diluted in case you consume a large amount of water before testing.
The hCG concentration is on the higher side in case you have hold the urine for long time and that is why it is recommended that you should take a pregnancy test in the morning.
This is the best time to consult Best Gynecologist near you for further treatment.

I took norethisterone to stop period. However my period came and was heavy on 3rd and 4th day. Today I am on 7th day and when I insert tissue in my vagina I still bleed. What can be happening.
Female | 29
The possibility might be that the norethisterone simply has not worked in this case or there is a certain medical condition that leads to the heavy bleeding. Talk to your gynecologist to seek a comprehensive examination

I had my periods on 2 Feb and took ipill on 17 Feb after protected sex just to be safe. On 29 February I noticed some bleeding which was mostly blood clots with some cramps and on 1 March I have no cramps and no bleeding till 10 am . I have no other symptoms. What does it means ? Please help ?
Female | 21
A person may face unusual bleeding post taking the emergency contraceptive (i-pill). The pill causes hormonal changes, leading to bleeding and cramps. However, it's typically harmless and temporary. Emergency contraception works best when taken right after unprotected sex. If bleeding persists or concerns arise, consulting a gynecologist is advisable.

I have sex on the last day of my period dat is on sixth of this month isn’t possible that am pregnant
Female | 29
On the last day of your period, sex does not guarantee the absence of pregnancy. Sperms are viable to survive for 5 days in the female reproductive tract. Therefore, you better use contraception if you do not wish to conceive. Please refer to a gynecologist, to discuss with him/her, the best birth control option for you.

Female | 26
Based on your menstrual cycle, you are approximately 4 weeks pregnant. The conception likely occurred around November 17th, the time you had intercourse . It's important to confirm your pregnancy with a medical professional and schedule regular prenatal visits. Delayed periods negative pregnancy test can I be pregnant
Female | 25
Menstrual delays without conceiving when the results of a pregnancy test are negative is such a contradiction, but there are some reasons for that. Whether it be stress, weight changes, or hormonal imbalances, they can all contribute to your periods. Bloating, soreness in the breast, and mood swings are some other symptoms that you may face. You have to face it by attempting to cut down the stress overloads and keeping weight at decent levels, and if that does not work you could talk with a gynecologist for the rest of the tests.

Breast milk coming and don't know the reason, i am very tensed please help me doctor
Female | 18
It's normal to be scared of milk breast gushing out when you never thought it would occur. At times, those are the reasons why this may occur due to some drugs taken, breast-changing hormones, or even the breasts becoming overly excited. No matter if you're not pregnant or breastfeeding, you need to reach out to a gynecologist to see if you have any other medical issues.

I've had my period for 15 days now and it's just light bleeding.
Female | 25
It is also not unusual for the menstrual flow to last longer than the usual 3-7 days, and if it goes on for 15 days, it may mean there is something wrong with you. It is advisable to set an appointment with a gynecologist who will examine your situation and suggest effective treatment.

i had unprotected sex a couple of days ago and the next day i started bleeding like my period is there a possibility i can be pregnant?
Female | 18
During early pregnancy, implantation bleeding may occur. The fertilized egg attaching to the uterus causes light spotting. Take a pregnancy test to know for certain. You can also visit a gynecologist.

Pelvic pain and frequent urination for the past 4-5 hours
Female | 24
Urine infections and bladder troubles often cause pelvic pain and frequent urination. Common germs invade urinary tract parts, like the bladder or kidneys, sparking UTI. But irritants -- foods, drinks -- may also disturb the bladder, leading to the same issues. Hydrating well and dodging irritants helps relieve symptoms. However, see doctor for proper assessment and cure.

When do I get my next brith control shot because i recently had a abortion and got the shot after my abortion
Female | 18
Getting a birth control shot is a common thing to do after an abortion. This prevents pregnancy. You’ll usually need the next shot about three months after the first one. If you don’t know when that is, ask your gynecologist. Remember to follow their instructions so you stay safe.

I am pregnant in 9 weeks. At my last scan, they said I have a possible hematoma with dimmensions 8/5 mm. They said it is small and nothing to worry about. Also I had no bleeding or brown discharge. So what should I do?
Female | 20
If your doctor has told you that the hematoma is small and not a cause for concern, then it is likely that they have assessed the situation carefully and do not see any immediate risks to your pregnancy.

Pregnancy test me c aur hcg level show hone ka mtlab Maine 13 days me test kia h
Female | 37
HCG checks if your body has extra hormone levels. This hormone only appears when you're pregnant. A positive result could mean you're pregnant. Typical signs include a missed period, tiredness, nausea, and tender breasts. If you suspect pregnancy, see a gynecologist for personalized advice.
