Why am I feeling breathless with hiccups and heartburn?
I am a 15 year old male and have been feeling out of breath for the past 4-5 days on and off. Without any coughing but have also had hiccups and slight heart burn like pains

These might be signs of acid reflux, which occurs when stomach acid flows back into the tube that carries food from your mouth to your stomach. To alleviate these symptoms, try eating smaller meals, staying away from spicy foods, and not lying down immediately after eating. Drinking water might also help. However, if they persist, it would be best to consult with a doctor.
