I am a 19 year old girl. My heart beat is going fast since last few days and before this I went to see the doctor. The doctor said that it is going from low to high and after getting the report done the report was normal and then the medicine was given and it was fine. The same problem is still there and my exam is going on, what should I do at this time.

Male | 21
Experiencing chest pain despite normal X-rays, blood tests, and mucus tests can have several possible explanations. It might be related to musculoskeletal issues, anxiety, acid reflux, or other respiratory conditions not easily detected by these initial tests. If the pain is related to heart issues, a cardiologist may be recommended for a more specialized evaluation.

Male | 42
The symptoms you described seem arduous. Shortness of breath, dizziness, discomfort in the chest region, and pain on the left side often indicate cardiac complications. In certain instances, despite normal test results, cardiovascular issues persist. The medications prescribed aim to regulate elevated blood pressure levels. However, consulting a cardiologist once more might provide valuable insights.

A ventricular septal defect (VSD) is a small hole in the heart between its chambers. Some people may not show symptoms, while others might experience fatigue and shortness of breath. Don't worry—many cases don’t require treatment, and if needed, your doctor will recommend the best option, which could be surgery. Remember to have regular check-ups with a cardiologist to monitor the condition's progress.

I am 30 years old boy. Recently since 6 months doctor have asked me to take roseday 10 tablet every day because of high cholesterol and high triglycerides in my lipid profile report. I want to know that do this medicine I have to take for life long and does this medicine is safe to take for life long?.. Does this medicine have any effect on liver or kidney?.
As per my understanding you are a 30 years old male with high cholesterol levels, for which you have started the treatment, you want to know for how long you will have to take the medicine for same, and possible side effects of same. For this, you should consult a cardiologist and you can discuss in detail about the medications and also have a clear idea about various options and available medicines that best suits you. In general these medications are taken for quite some time and do not have much of side effects. But of course if you do have some discomfort then you can consult a cardiologist, and get an appropriate medication for the same. Is 124-135bpm Normal for a casual walk I have anxiety too I am 17 years old and weigh 55kg I’ve seen some spikes to 150bpm but only for a couple seconds and I believe that’s anxiety
Male | 17
Being a bit nervous during a walk is okay. Your heart rate going up to 124-135bpm is normal. Even a spike to 150bpm happens sometimes. Anxiety makes your heart beat faster. Use relaxation methods like deep breaths or being mindful. If you feel dizzy or have chest pains, contact a cardiologist.

I recently switched medications from hctz to chlorthalidone. Should there be a difference typically?
Male | 40
Both HCTZ and chlorthalidone are used to treat high blood pressure and water retention. But chlorthalidone is known to have a longer duration of action and a higher potency compared to HCTZ. It is recommended to consult your cardiologist if you are experiencing any changes in your blood pressure or other symptoms after switching medications.

Hello, We've visited one of the top cardiologist in Bangalore who has recommend that a bypass is not necessary based on the angiogram report. The same cardiologist had successfully operated earlier, where a stenting was done. However, my brother in law who is a doctor and based out of Canada has a different opinion (based on the report and the advice from his friend (cardiologist) who thinks and is certain that a bypass is necessary within the next 2-3 weeks. We have 2 extremely contrasting opinions. We would like to get a second opinion from a cardiologist is Bangalore. Please recommend. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated. Regards, Kiranp
As per my understanding you are having two different opinions by two cardiologist regarding the treatment of your patient, so the confusion has arise, but to decide what is a best treatment of patient, clinical examination matters a lot, along with evaluation of reports. Therefore you can always take one more opinion from another cardiologist, who will examine your patient, asses their clinical condition, consider other comorbidities, their general health, and evaluate the older treatment, as well as decide what will be the best. Please be free to take advice from a cardiologist who clear all your doubts - Best Cardiologists in Bangalore. Hope this helps you.
