I am a 24 year old male have diarrhea since Sunday Morning. I tried anti diarrhea medication and still no relief. Chills when I go to sleep

Loose poop is when you go to the bathroom a lot and it is watery. It can happen from bugs, bad food, or worry. Drink lots of water so you don't get dry. Eat simple foods like plain rice, bread, and bananas. If it keeps happening, talk to a gastroenterologist.
