From the symptoms you are describing, it seems like you are having shortness of breath and sweating a lot. These might be indications that something is wrong with your heart. Often, the heart is the one that is not functioning properly and as a result, it can produce these symptoms. A pulmonologist will probably recommend a series of tests to pinpoint the issue. The guidance of the doctor would be eminent to your health.

What happened to me? I get asthmatic attacks from dairy products regularly. But this time, even though I did not consume any dairy products lately. I have one of the worst one I ever had, got an asthma attack, my eyes are red and specific areas of the left part of my lips is puffed up for some reason. I've consumed a large quantity of dairy products before and the reaction wasn't nearly as severe.

Male | 13

You might be having a more serious allergic reaction which could cause your asthma symptoms to worsen; it may also cause swelling in areas such as your lips. Although now you haven't consumed dairy, allergies sometimes develop gradually and give rise to severe reactions. Allergies can often be so severe that they cause the eyes to become red. You should stay away from dairy and consult an allergist to establish your triggers and to receive the correct treatment.

Do you think i have covid? I have shortness of breath, a very sore throat, muscle pains, conjestion and dizziness

Female | 15

You may feel short of breath and have a sore throat that makes swallowing difficult. Your muscles might ache, and you could experience congestion in your sinuses. You may also feel dizzy as if your head is spinning. These signs may indicate a COVID-19 infection, as the virus can cause these symptoms. To aid recovery, make sure to rest and drink plenty of fluids. It’s important to isolate yourself from others to avoid spreading the illness. Be sure to contact your doctor about these symptoms.

i'm been detect have influenza. Tamiflu are no longer have used to me. May i know any other medicine or option that can reduce the effect of influenza?

Male | 27

The flu is caused by a virus, not bacteria. It can make you feel sick with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, and body aches. Since taking Tamiflu is not in the picture anymore, it is vital that you take good rest, drink lots of water, and take pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help get rid of the symptoms. These help to relieve illness and severe pain. Make sure to stay at home and avoid infecting other people with flu.

I am looking after my dad that has end of life copd.hes not eating much very weak talks in his sleep and fidgety and is getting withdrawn from peopl

Male | 83

Extreme fatigue and loss of appetite could be caused by COPD. Sometimes people may talk while asleep, be restless, or become unresponsive during this period. This means that the body is extremely weak. Right now, what is most important is to make sure he is relaxed all the time, don’t force him to eat too much but give him small amounts of food often.

How to take sevfurane 50 inhaler? After taking sevfurane does a person stop breathing? What if a person drinks the sevfurane?

Female | 27

Inhale the sevfurane 50 by breathing in slowly and deeply while pressing down on the inhaler. Do not stop breathing after taking it as it should not make you stop breathing. If a person drinks sevfurane, they may feel dizzy, confused, have a slow heartbeat or even slip into a coma. In such a case, one should be rushed to the hospital without any delays. Drinking sevfurane is extremely dangerous and could lead to loss of life.

Been having a cough for 2 weeks finished my antibiotics I do vape

Female | 21

A respiratory specialist or pulmonologist might be the one to consult given a persistent cough for the past 14 days after you have completed the course of antibiotics. Vaping can aggravate the airways and increase respiratory problems; hence the doctors must do a thorough evaluation to put the conditions right.

What happens if I marry a girl with asthma?

Male | 28

Marrying someone with asthma can be a loving and supportive experience. Asthma is often characterized by breathlessness, wheezing, or tightness in the chest, typically triggered by allergens, exercise, or respiratory infections. Having asthma under control is essential; medications and lifestyle adjustments can significantly improve quality of life. Encouraging your partner to follow a treatment plan, avoid triggers, and maintain regular check-ups with a healthcare provider can be beneficial. Open communication about their condition fosters understanding and helps manage potential challenges.
