The flu is caused by a virus, not bacteria. It can make you feel sick with symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, and body aches. Since taking Tamiflu is not in the picture anymore, it is vital that you take good rest, drink lots of water, and take pain relievers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen to help get rid of the symptoms. These help to relieve illness and severe pain. Make sure to stay at home and avoid infecting other people with flu.

Female | 15

You may feel short of breath and have a sore throat that makes swallowing difficult. Your muscles might ache, and you could experience congestion in your sinuses. You may also feel dizzy as if your head is spinning. These signs may indicate a COVID-19 infection, as the virus can cause these symptoms. To aid recovery, make sure to rest and drink plenty of fluids. It’s important to isolate yourself from others to avoid spreading the illness. Be sure to contact your doctor about these symptoms.

I had cancer with a thymoma gland - and it was removed by surgery - and I received 3 doses of chemotherapy protocol V I B - then a small tumor appeared in the right lung - and I took 3 sessions of radiation therapy - then the size of the tumor in the right lung increased to 14 cm - and I took 6 chemotherapy sessions (ganzara). Please, can I find a suitable treatment for you, please?

Male | 31

Lung metastases from cancer can result in cough, dyspnea, and chest pain. The therapy you underwent has been difficult, but it is worrying that the tumor in your right lung has increased so much. In this context, further investigation and possibly intervention such as surgery, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy might be the next step. It is crucial to consult your doctor about your case to determine the optimal path.

Is tramadol risky for a 99 year old woman? It was given to grandmother at nursing home and she started running out of breath.

Female | 99

This is especially risky for a 99-year-old woman. Tramadol may lead to respiratory problems among older adults. If she experiences any breath shortness; it is crucial to discontinue use of this drug immediately and seek medical attention. The doctor will provide necessary assistance on how to manage such symptoms as well as finding another less harmful medicine.

Hi, my name is aiden i am 14 years old and I've been wondering if there something wrong with me when i lay down on my chest i find it a lil hard to breathe sometimes i wonder if its axizety or i might be overthinking but other then that ive been having axizety making it hard for me to sleep and i just feels like my eyes are close but im not getting any sleep what should i do

Male | 14

When you lay on your chest and it feels hard to get air in, that could be from anxiety. Anxiety also makes it difficult for people to sleep well at night.  You can learn how to control your breathing when talking about it with them and other ways of calming down too if they know about it. Try doing things before going to bed like making a routine so that every time before sleep you will make sure that you get into bed more easily also practice good habits around sleep like not watching any screens an hour before bedtime because they keep awake longer which means fewer hours spent resting. If these symptoms stay or get worse then maybe it's time to see the doctor and tell them what’s been happening.

My 3 year girl is suffering a blocked up nose. No cold nor adanoide issues. She struggles to get air passes the top of her nose, and stops her breath for about a few seconds through out the hole night. She will wake her self up for a breath

Female | 3

This looks like OSAS (obstructive sleep apnea syndrome) and will need clinical evaluation and sometimes few investigations. It is important to identify and treat the condition in time as it has many long term complications.
