I am having melasma (brown patches) around my eyes and nose and it's spreading over my entire face.I had this issue for the past 10 years. I have applied many creams and ointments and also I had laser treatment(1 sitting done). But It didn't work at all.Does your clinic provide the best treatment for my skin problem.Is that work for my skin type.

Dark underarms can be due to fungus, sweating and acanthosis nigricans(insulin resistance). which needs through check. Skin Lightening creams, peels and carbon laser are very effective. Treatment of underlying condition need to be seen into. Sweat absorbing powders can be used. And anti fungal creams to treat the fungus.
