You have pain in your bladder; it is like the pain you feel when your period is coming, but there is no period. The reason for this could be interstitial cystitis, which causes bladder pain. It could also be a urinary tract infection, that might lead to similar symptoms. To ease the pain, you are suggested to drink a lot of water, stay away from caffeine and alcohol, and also put a hot pad on your lower belly. If the pain doesn't go away, it is important to seek a gynecologist for further evaluation and treatment.
