If your beta hCG levels are low after 14 days of confirming you’re pregnant or after missing your period, this could be a problem. Some signs might be spotting, cramping, or not feeling as pregnant (sore breasts). An ectopic pregnancy or early miscarriage could cause the level of hCG to drop too much. Make sure to see your doctor again so they can check and tell you what next steps need to be taken.

The possibility of pregnancy depends on the timing of sexual intercourse in relation to your menstrual cycle. Sperm can survive for several days, so conception is possible if you ovulated earlier than expected or have a shorter cycle. If you're concerned take a home pregnancy test after your missed period. 

After delivery, periods will return usually within 6-12 weeks. Bleeding after delivery is normal. Breastfeeding can delay periods. It can also affect the amount of bleeding. POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION is a common issue. If you feel baby movements, see a doctor immediately. 

Vaginal bleeding of any kind might be a sign of many conditions like vaginal infection or cancer of the cervix. A gynecologic visit is necessary for an evaluation and correct diagnosis. If you have a blood-stained vaginal discharge, you need to see a gynecologist immediately.
