Why Do I Have Missed Period with Spotting?
I got my first period when am 10 years from that to till am 29yr old my periods are regular,after marriage i didn't gt pregnant till 2 years checked doctor they prescribed letrozole after that immediately i gt pregnant after pregnancy also my periods are regular till but now this month i missed on 40th day i checked urine its negative,later on 41st day i spotted 2 drops of blood .can u suggest any medicine

Having regular periods is a good sign. Although, sometimes, you might miss a period. Stress, hormone changes, or a change in diet can be the reason. If you've had any recent changes, this could explain it. However, if you're concerned, it's best to see a gynecologist.

Hi, so I had a medical abortion recently (less than 5 weeks pregnant and the transvaginal scan said the embryo couldn’t be visualised yet/ it’s also my first pregnancy). After I was administered 4 pills of Misoprostol vaginally at the hospital, I started bleeding 2 hours later but it was like a regular period (a little heavier than usual and some clots/tissue much later in the day). I’ve been reading stories about intense pain and cramping etc. but haven’t experienced any at all. I took a pain med on the first day expecting a lot of pain but all I felt was some pressure in my abdomen for a few hours and a heating pad helped. It’s been around 5 days since then (proper bleeding for 2-3 days and very light bleeding on the 4th day and spotting on the 5th day). Today I stopped bleeding. Is this normal?
