You might have some variations this month with your period. Spotting instead of a regular flow for more than 5 days can be bothersome. It may be due to hormonal changes, stress, or some medicines. I recommend the identification of other symptoms that you might have and drinking water to improve your hydration levels. If it continues or worsens, consult with a gynecologist.

I had my period on 27th October and had sex on 2nd Nov(7th day of my period and I was clear on that day) and took ipill on the same day .after 4 days today I had my bleeding again 7th Nov. So am I pregnant or is this normal period?

Female | 22

Considering that you had sex on the 7^{th} day of your menstrual cycle and took an oral emergency contraceptive, it is highly unlikely for one to be pregnant. Bleeding after taking an emergency contraceptive pill is normal; it occurs because your body reacts to the increased dosage of hormones in the tablet. Nevertheless, if you have any apprehensions or develop any weird symptoms seek a gynecologist for accurate diagnosis.

Missing periods can be caused by a variety of factors such as stress, changes in weight, or hormonal imbalances. Consult your gynecologist who can diagnose and treat the underlying condition.

If you're unsure whether you might be pregnant, consider taking a home pregnancy test a few days after a missed period for accurate results. Feeling sick could be due to various factors like hormonal changes, stress, or side effects

It would be advisable to seek the help of a gynecologist or a fertility specialist if you are experiencing difficulty in conceiving. They may ask you for some tests to evaluate the root cause and come up with suitable treatment options.

Sometimes, periods become irregular because of hormones or medicine. To get pregnant faster, track your ovulation cycle. Look for signs like changes in cervical fluid or use an ovulation test kit. Staying healthy, eating well, and exercising regularly can also help fertility.
