It is natural for some people to have a period that only lasts 2 days, but it is important to be keen on any alterations. The flow difference from the first day to the second can be the consequence of hormonal factors. The beginning of the menstrual flow may not be the reason for not getting pregnant in the future. Visit a gynecologist to deal with any of your medical concerns, to be on the safer side.

Hi ,Good day. Please I had an abortion Dec 31st 2023. I stopped bleeding Febuary 3rd. It’s more than 8 weeks but I’ve not still had my flow. What could be wrong?
Female | 23
Having no period after an abortion can worry you. But, it happens often. It's been over 8 weeks though - that's quite long. The abortion might've caused hormone changes. Or perhaps an infection occurred. Watch out for fever or strange discharge. These could signal a problem. See your gynecologist to make sure everything's okay. They'll check for issues and treat them if required.

Mere kaan se mavad arha hai 8 month pregnancy bhi hai

You seem to have an ear discharge that could be due to the fact that you are in the last trimester of your pregnancy. However, pregnancy causes changes in one’s body, thus it can be an ear infection that is easier to happen during this period. Ensure that your ear is always clean and dry. In the case where the discharge persists or the patient suffers from pain or hearing loss, consulting a healthcare provider is the best course of action for the proper diagnosis and treatment.

Mere period date abhi miss nhi hua hai pr pregnancy test positive aaya hai or mujhe irregular periods ki bhi problem hai to kya mai pregnant ho skti hu?
Female | 23
If your test for pregnancy turns out to be positive, it implies that you are already pregnant irrespective of whether your period has been late or not. An abnormal period may indicate any health problem that can affect your pregnancy. A visit to the doctor who is a specialist in high-risk pregnancies is a must for you as soon as possible.

After one day of period spotting i started ro bleed normal ...why did it happen
Female | 20
A lot of times when you have your period and notice blood it could be because changes are going on with hormones. The cycle for menstruation comes with hormone levels which might cause variations in the volume of blood one sees. Stress is one thing that can affect this in addition to medications as well as weight change among others. Therefore if it repeats itself or if there is anything else worrying you should talk to the gynecologist to be advised further.

my hymen broke and I bled for 2-3 days then my periods started on 25 Jan they went on till 6 Feb. Then they started again on 21feb and are going on still. I did take one Ipill on 26 Feb. My abdomen and vagina hurt a lot
Female | 18
Long periods of pain are concerning. Your bleeding issue could stem from a broken hymen. But constant flow isn't normal. The emergency pill may disrupt your cycle too. Abdominal and vaginal aches suggest infection or hormonal imbalance. You must visit a gynecologist. They'll examine you, determine the underlying cause, and provide appropriate treatment.

After period don't any time sex still I can pregnent
Female | 19
In case a menstrual period is followed by a brief wave of fertility, you might get pregnant, especially if your cycle is shorter than four weeks or you have ovulatory disturbances. The major symptoms that might be an indication of pregnancy like a woman not having her period, nausea, or boobs being tender can cause her to get alarmed. For the safety of both partners, one of the ways which guarantee this is refraining from any sexual activity or techniques (such as withdrawal) that carry with them the risk of unprotected sex. In case you are still confused or worried, the first step is contacting a gynecologist for advice and consulting on the different types of protection.

So lately I have been passing clot blood and it's frustrating me because I would be bleeding for 17 days when not on my period and at this point I don't think I could reach a doctor because I'm scared.
Female | 17
These symptoms can be caused by hormonal imbalances, fibroids, or other diseases. It’s important to be aware that although irregular bleeding is common, persistent irregular bleeding requires a doctor's visit. When you are prepared, I encourage you to find professional help, as health professionals can give treatment and advice that are specific to your situation. For now, sit down with your feelings and take note of any sensations, pains, and changes, as it will be useful for your meeting with a gynecologist.

I am 17 I was having regular periods then it suddenly changed to irregular then I went on two types of birth control to help and it just took it away fully got pregnant on it the got the jag and I haven’t had a period in two years now and I’ve been off birth contrail for almost two months and I scared something is wrong
Female | 17
There are many reasons why your periods might be irregular – this could be due to stress or hormonal changes. Your cycle can also be affected by birth control sometimes. Pregnancy or getting the jag shot can also affect when you have them. It’s common for it to take a while for your period to get back to normal after stopping birth control. To ease any of your concerns and receive advice that is tailored specifically for you; it would be best if we were able to discuss this with a gynecologist.

Hello, am a 23 years old female, i been having brown discharge for approximately 3 weeks after i finishedy period by a week, at the being there was a slight itching but so far there isnt and there is no pain, it the beginning it was dark brown but now it getting lighter it stopped for 2 days and came back but still light brown, what would the cause be?
Female | 23
Experiencing brown discharge after your period can often indicate old blood being expelled, which may be normal, especially if it's light and not accompanied by discomfort. Possible causes include hormonal fluctuations, changes in cervical mucus, or even the body clearing out remnants from your menstrual cycle. Since you've noticed changes and a previous itching sensation, it would be wise to consult a gynecologist for personalized advice. They can evaluate your situation more thoroughly and ensure there are no underlying issues.

Hi i have 24-28 days period cycle I had my last period on 23/24 October which blood flow lasted for 29 October and I had intimate on day 30th of October and i took ipill on day 1 of November and today is November 22 and I have breast pain since last 10 days and I was expecting my period on 21st but from November 18th I have 1 table spoon of dark brown dischrage everyday till today it's continuing I feel to have a blood flow but it didn't come I'm scared am i pregnant
Female | 20
According to what you disclosed, the breast pain and the dark brown discharge may be caused by hormonal changes. It has also been observed that taking the morning-after pill (i-pill), which in turn can cause irregular bleeding and breast tenderness, might be the primary cause of your symptoms. This is all right and these symptoms usually do not call for concern, and they are likely to pass eventually. Nevertheless, if you are anxious or if the symptoms are still there, consult a gynecologist.

Female | 22
Hormonal imbalance or other factors can cause period problems and a gynecologist should be consulted for an accurate assessment and treatment. Coxicam, meloxicam, zune, esomeprazole, ms. futine and fluoxetine as HCI USP are out of the question for menstrual issues. I'd suggest going to an expert in gynecology for the management of period problems.

Realize leg pain, weak muscles, more appetite, and the absence of menses among different medical problems, not just pregnancy. Stress, tiredness, bad or poor quality of food, and hormonal disorders are the common reasons for these symptoms. If they worsen, you should book an appointment with a gynecologist to be diagnosed and treated properly.

I had sores on my genitals and they got swollen and red and really dry. What could that be?
Female | 33
Experiencing swollen, red, and dry sores on the genitals could be due to various factors. These might include herpes, irritation or allergic reactions, yeast or bacterial infections, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), or skin conditions like eczema. Consult a gynecologist or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

I am female of age 17 I am having yellow discharge for 4 days after having oral sex
Female | 17
Yellow drainage can sometimes be the result of hormonal cycles that are working, along with infections, or due to irritation of some kind. On top of your symptoms, if you have some of the symptoms of itching, odor, or discomfort, these might be the symptoms of an infection that might need medical help. Cleaning the infected area and the non-antiperspirant and cervically produced clean air can reduce the chances of chafing material. I am suggesting that you visit a gynecologist to receive the prescribed treatment.

My period came pretty late this month and within the first couple of hours after it started, there was a large blood clot that came out. It was kind of flesh color with really dark blood on it.
Female | 32
Blood clots during periods may seem scary, but they're quite normal. Your uterus sheds its lining, causing clots to form. Their size and color varies based on hormones and flow rate. If heavy bleeding, intense pain, or repeated clots occur, see a gynecologist. This ensures that your cycle is regular and identifies any underlying issues.

list of medicine to stop menstrual bleeding
Female | 25
If you experience heavy menstrual bleeding, it may be due to hormone imbalances, fibroids, or certain medications. Symptoms include quickly soaking through pads or tampons, feeling tired or weak from blood loss, or having periods longer than a week. To reduce bleeding, your doctor may recommend medications like tranexamic acid or NSAIDs, which help decrease blood loss. It's important to talk openly with your gynecologist about your symptoms, as there are several treatment options available.

My wife suffering from first night pain since last 2 days also suffering from bliding now bliding is normal required medicine for vegina pain
Female | 31
It sounds like your wife is experiencing discomfort and pain, which can be associated with various factors such as muscle tension, infections, or hormonal changes. It's reassuring that her bleeding is normal, but it's essential to address her pain. Over-the-counter pain relievers may provide temporary relief. However, I highly recommend consulting a gynecologist for a thorough evaluation. They can identify the underlying cause and prescribe appropriate medication tailored to her needs. Early intervention can make a significant difference in her comfort and overall well-being.

I am 22 years old. I had unprotected sexual, it's been 3 days. Is there any chances of becoming pregnant. what need to be done to avoid pregnancy.
Female | 22
You're feeling worried about maybe being pregnant after unprotected sex. Three days it is still really early on. Some signs of early pregnancy can be feeling sick, tired, or sore breasts. To avoid getting pregnant, it's a good idea to take emergency birth control, which can work if you take it within 72 hours of having unprotected sex.
