Hey I’ve been having testicle discomfort for some time now. Had several examinations, 2 ultrasounds. Nothing. My testicles seem small, softer and hang not completely vertically and somewhat angular even horizontally seeming but surely if I had bell clapper disorder I’d have been notified already. Surely if I had testicular atrophy or hypogonadism I’d have been informed. Im just curious what’s wrong with me.
Male | 26
Experiencing testicle discomfort and changes in size and position can have various possible causes. Despite previous examinations and ultrasounds showing no significant issues, it's essential to seek a second opinion from a urologist to identify the actual problem.

The results from the semen analysis show some areas that need attention. The volume and alkaline reaction appear normal, but there are pus cells present, which could signify an infection. The sperm motility is a bit lower than desired, potentially affecting fertility. It's crucial to address any infections and review lifestyle factors influencing sperm health. I am urging for pee regular intervals and I don't have any pain while urination
Male | 19
You might feel the urge to pee frequently, even if it doesn’t hurt when you do. This can happen for a few reasons. Sometimes, drinking too much water or caffeine can make you pee more. Stress or a weak bladder can also cause the frequent need to go. To help, try reducing caffeinated drinks and doing exercises to strengthen your bladder muscles. If the problem persists, it's a good idea to consult a urologist to ensure everything is okay.

is test urine test with negative urobilinogen normal
Female | 51
A negative urobilinogen result from a urine test indicates an absence of bilirubin breakdown products. It's often normal if you don't experience symptoms like yellowing skin or eyes. However, discussing the result with a urologist is advisable to ensure everything is fine. Typically, a negative urobilinogen reading alone isn't concerning unless accompanied by other worrying signs.
