When was the last UPT test done? Was any pill or tablet for preliminary or postponing periods taken? I would advise you to get USG pelvis test along with endometrial thickness. If any confusion then you can approach these doctors - Gynecologists in Mumbai, or you can reach out to me as well.

Based on what you’ve said, it sounds like the chances of pregnancy are pretty slim since he didn’t go in. Feeling tired could be because of many different things like stress, not enough sleep or even being sick with something like anemia – which would also make someone feel exhausted. If you want to stop feeling so tired, make sure to rest loads, eat good food, and drink plenty of water. But if none of this helps or if anything else strange starts happening then visit a gynecologist.

I'm 9 to 10 weeks pregnant until 3 days back i got vomiting but now it stopped is it normal or not
Female | 26
Many expecting mothers experience vomiting that comes and goes during early pregnancy weeks. The hormonal changes occurring in your body cause this. If your vomiting stops, that's alright too. Ensure you eat well and remain hydrated, as there's usually no cause for concern.

My wife took a unwanted x 5 pills one on empty stomach and 4 as days goes on as she missed her periods this month , it has been 48 hrs still there is no symptom of bleeding, do we take any other medications or should we wait to clear
Female | 29
It's important to understand that the tablets your spouse took can delay her menstrual cycle. In some cases, bleeding may not start right away. It’s normal to wait about a week for bleeding to begin. If there are no signs after this time, only then should you consider other medication or consult a gynecologist.

My periods are late by 4 days and have still not got my periods yet. What to do?
Female | 25
It is common to worry about having a late menstrual period. Late periods may occur for various reasons. Stress, unusual weight changes, or even hormonal imbalances may cause them to occur later. Pregnancy may be a likelihood if you have been sexually active. It is recommended to take an at-home pregnancy test to eliminate this possibility. Speaking with your gynecologist is advisable if you continue to have irregular cycles.

I’m having lower abdominal cramp not much and I noticed frequency in urination also I consumed a lot of what
Female | 28
When you've to pee more frequently, it could be a urinary tract infection. Germs enter your bladder or urethra, causing this. You'll feel like peeing often and have mild cramps below your belly. Drink plenty of water, don't hold your pee, try cranberry juice. If it persists, see a gynecologist. These simple steps may relieve your discomfort. But, if symptoms worsen, medical attention is advised.

Female | 22
The 13.4 T4 level during month three raises concern. You may feel tired or chilly often. Hypothyroidism could explain this dip. It frequently occurs in pregnancy. To boost thyroid levels, your gynecologist may prescribe medication.

I had an unprotected sex on 4 th March....right after my period over. Now I had not have period. It is already 7 days over
Female | 17
The first thing you should do is to take a test. Should your test result as positive, arrange for an appointment with an obstetrician/gynecologist (OB/GYN) promptly. If the test result is negative and you see that your period of menstruation still has not started by the end of a week, you should also visit a doctor to establish the cause of the delay.

My period is iregular and u had been gaining weight and constipate my body use to itch alot from head to toe i dont know what to say
Female | 28
Irregular periods, weight gain, constipation and itchiness may indicate a medical condition. One should seek the help of a gynecologist in cases where periods are not on regularity and that of a gastroenterologist when one is having constipation. A dermatologist should be consulted for weight gain and an endocrinologist, on the other hand, in case of itchiness. Do not dismiss these symptoms as a failure to diagnose and treat correctly may diminish your physical health and happiness.

Hi was patient having periods pain in my home country and was having pms I was proscribed with birth control pills .. now my pains are compatively. Reduced but my periods are heavy I need to know if vitamin c tablets and iron tablets can reduce heavyness of periods
Female | 30
Heavy menstruation occurs when you bleed excessively over your period. As it is, vitamin C with iron supplements can be what you need, but they may not directly reduce weight. Your body works better with iron in the presence of vitamin C to produce more red blood cells. These periods will make you lose a lot of iron thus the importance of this mineral. If they persist in being so heavy then talking to a gynecologist would be wise.

Female | 17
It's normal to have this issue because of certain things like hormonal disbalances or inflammation. In other words, it may feel like you are experiencing menstrual cramps again. Self-care is the priority - get enough sleep, eat healthily, and drink plenty of water. If the pain persist, visiting a gynecologist for further assistance is recommended.

I had a home pregnancy test and there was a faint positive line. Then 3 days later I started to see blood not as normal as my period. I thought it's implantation bleeding and it's now 5 days and the bleeding is still there. Could I have suffered a miscarriage or am I still pregnant or was I ever pregnant.
Female | 30
The gynecologist must be consulted for a comprehensive examination. Your mentioning of the situation may be an indication of a miscarriage thanks to you. Nevertheless, the best course of action remains for a physician to determine the diagnosis and to offer the right treatment.

My breast is bringing out breastmilk please can u prescribe a drugs that can stop it
Female | 27
You may have a condition known as galactorrhea, which is the case when your breasts produce milk even when you are not breastfeeding. The most common reasons are hormonal imbalances, some medications, thyroid problems, or even stress. In this situation, your doctor might recommend medication to adjust your hormone levels to normal. It's essential to get in touch with a gynecologist who will be able to find the root cause and prescribe the right treatment.

My period cycle is 30 to 40 days. I am trying for pregnancy. Due to that my doctor said to take tests for PCOS, FSH and AMH levels.I have hypothyroid 3.1 report on Dec 2023 and taking 50 mcg daily. My FSH is 25.74 and AMH is 0.3 on March 2024 . My doctor told because of low egg reserve it is better to go IVF treatment. I need your suggestion on this.
Female | 27
Your test results suggest that your egg supply is running low, which could make it harder for you to get pregnant. This may be caused by something called PCOS. PCOS affects the menstrual cycle and fertility. Your doctor advised you to undergo IVF treatment to improve your chances of conception. IVF works by using technology to facilitate fertilization outside the body hence this might just be what you need. Make sure you discuss all possible options with your fertility specialist.

Hello doctor. Me and my partner didn’t had sex. On July 4, gave him oral. His pre cum got onto my lips. Kissed him on his hips with his pre cum. And then he went down on me. Is it possible to get pregnant like that? Or even if he has touched his penis with a little bit of pre cum and fingered me after 1-1.5 hours of doing so? I took emergency contraceptive under 48 hours. And I drank 2 glasses of ginger water one day before taking it and also 5 hours before taking it. And early morning before taking the pill on July 5, I saw some light bleeding in my vagina and thought it was ovulation bleeding because I don’t have such light periods. And I’ve irregular periods. ( I’m not sure if it was my periods ) so there are chances that I took the unwanted 72 pill on the first day or 1-2 days before my periods were due. And after 14-15 hours of taking the pill, I started bleeding heavily (more than spotting and less than periods) . The bleeding was enough to use a pad. Can withdrawal bleeding start this early ? Just after 14-15 hours of taking the pill? Or is it my periods triggering early because I took the pill maybe near my due date or on my due date? On 6th July morning, I drank one more glass of ginger water , and in the evening my body temperature fluctuated between 99.3 at 5pm to 98.7 at 8pm and 97.6 at 11pm . My heartbeat also gets fast sometimes. Is it because of the stress? Or hormonal changes? Today is July 7th, more than 48 hours gone after taking the pill. And in the morning , I was feeling dizzy , tired and weakness. I slept again and woke up at 3pm. I am still feeling tired but that maybe because I slept so much. I’m still bleeding heavily. But it’s lesser than my normal periods. Could this be my periods only? But less heavier? Or is it withdrawal bleeding? Am I pregnancy safe? I’m really worried!
Female | 19
Interestingly, you can get pregnant despite using emergency contraception. The bleeding you experienced is more likely a response to the pill, not pregnancy. The changes in temperature and fast heartbeat might be due to hormonal changes or stress. Dizziness and fatigue are common with emergency contraceptives. Take some time to rest, and keep hydrated, and if you have any more concerns, please visit a gynecologist.

Extended bleeding after eating isn't typical. Such heavy flow stems from conditions like infections, hormonal changes, or uterine issues. You should consult a gynecologist promptly. They'll identify the underlying cause and recommend suitable treatment.
