Concerns like yours are quite common among people who have stoma bag surgery. Not ejaculating can happen due to various reasons. Your infection and antibiotics may be responsible for it. Aspirin and iron tablets can also have an impact. Always talk first with your urologist about all these issues. They will provide you with advice that is specific to your situation.

I'm not sure about this but I think I'm now having issues maintaining a stable erection. Please guide should I stop the Dutarun medicine and what should I do to recover from this issue.is it recoverable or the damage is permanent

Male | 32

After a kidney stone surgery with a DJ stent, it is fine to have sex. The stent will not cause problems during sex. But, you should take it slow and pay attention to how your body feels. If you feel any pain or discomfort, stop and talk to your doctor. Remember to drink lots of water and follow your doctor's advice.

Please visit a urologist. Based on proper evaluation and diagnosis, the doctor will be able to determine the cause of your problem and suggest treatments accordingly. Also, to manage pain on your testicles I advise you to not sit for a longer duration and avoid the activities that worsen the pain.

Male | 18

It is like you may have a problem known as phimosis where you cannot retract your foreskin due to the tightness. Therefore, consulting a urologist who is a specialist in diseases of the urinary system and male reproductive organs is advisable step. They can make exact diagnoses and suggest verified cures. It is necessary to see a doctor to get his help with your issue and get the proper instructions.

Underactive bladder detrusor muscle weak is it possible to cure by stem cells therapy

Male | 42

For people with an underactive bladder caused by the weak detrusor muscle, I urge them to see a urologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment. While stem cell therapy has demonstrated a lot of potential in treating different medical conditions, there is yet no definite proof of its role in treating urine bladder problems.

What are the reasons for urine leakage? How do we identify that there is a leakage or vaginal discharge?

Female | 33

Urinary incontinence, urinary tract infection overactive bladder or weak pelvic muscles are the condition which can causes leakage of urine. Consultation with a urologist or gynecologist is necessary to diagnose the basic cause and give proper treatment. In contrast, vaginal discharge is a normal natural function that can vary in color and texture throughout the menstrual cycle. A visit to a gynecologist would help the doctor identify any abnormal discharge and treat it.

For a urologist: Hi, I'm 16 year old male, I have phimosis and hypersensitive glans, Recently I brought betnovate-n to lossen the foreskin but how do I apply it without syringe? Do I just pull back the foreskin to where it starts feel uncomfortable, that way the cream will definitely get on the glans and over long extended period of time, won't the cream start to do harm to the glans? Do I apply it when I have erection? It is harder to pull the foreskin back when I have erection, and can I urinate before or after applying the cream? Does the foreskin and glans have to be dry before applying the cream? I brought the cream without a urologist's diagnosis since I live in a traditional village without access to such things, not to mention that I don't have the type relationship to anyone in my family where I can talk about these things, so I did bit research and I definitely have phimosis grade 3-4(I can barely see the glans when i have erection) I came across article which said that steroid creams can thin the foreskin to the point where it will rip apart, so I'm very scared and nervous. What's the chance of that happening? Ignore any grammar mistakes as English isn't my first language. Thank you very much.

Male | 16

Phimosis is when the foreskin is tight and can't be retracted. This condition can lead to itching and difficulty in proper hygienic upkeep. Betnovate-N cream can help to get rid of the tight sheath. You can apply a small portion to the tight area when the foreskin is dry. One easy way is, to shallowly trigger it back to the elastic extent without making any patient uncomfortable. Alternatively, restrict your dosage of cream to avoid the risk of side effects.

Does masturbation causes following problem? Will I face it if I've been frequently masturbating since 13 and now I'm 23 year old? I read this in some article that said - "The prostate is a gland located exactly in the neck of the bladder, it secretes a whitish and viscous liquid that serves as a vehicle for sperm. This gland normally completes its development by the age of 21. When a young man masturbates before completing his development (21 years), the prostate atrophies, causing prostatitis after the age of 40, which is the enlargement of this gland that prevents him from urinating and he has to use the probe to do so. Later they have to operate and remove this gland." Should I worry? Please tell me.

Male | 23

Excessive masturbation do cause many harmful problem... but worrying about it wouldn't help...

Masturbation is a natural phenomenon. All men do this but as a natural principle… excess of everything is always bad, so you must try to control it.
Don't do it more than once or twice in a month.
Don't worry you can do that... just do not watch porn… Try not to be remain alone, don't read or view sexual literature, books, whatsApp & porn videos etc.
Avoid oily, more spicy, Chilly and junk foods.
Do exercise daily for one hr or yoga mainly Pranayam… Meditation… vajroli Mudra... Ashwini mudra. Start reading religious books.
Please note that now a days the main drawback and side effect of the masturbation is once you are addicted to masturbation mostly and always by watching porn… where you get different type of stories... relations... girls… body... and styles... etc.
Once u got married u don't get all those things with wife so u don't get aroused and you don't get proper erection.
Now a day's mostly patients comes to us with the complaint that they are not able to get erection with wife in the bed but they are getting erection in the bathroom while masturbation.
This is creating a lot of problem in their married life so my advice is to control it. If u are not able to do so then you must consult your family doctor, many times it's not possible to control without the help of your doctor.
You can take Chandra kala ras 1 tablet morning and night after food
Yastimadhu chuma 3gms morning and night with water
Sidhamakara dwaja 1 tablet morning and night after food.
Do all the above suggested treatment for 3 months and see the results.
If you don" get satisfactory results then you can also contact me on my private chat or directly in my clinic. We can send you the medicines by courier.
