I have a left testis seminoma and that will be out after the orchiectomy operation. Now the doctor told me to take chemotherapy with a low dose, can it be treated by targeted cancer therapy, and is it required to store the sperm for fertility as one testis is present?

Hello Abhijit, Chemotherapy has to be taken and there is no role of Targeted or Immunotherapy in testicular cancer. For the treatment, the age of the patient also has to be considered. You will have to store your sperms before treatment begins. We request you to kindly send us your test reports by clicking on the Whatsapp icon on the right side of the page so that we can guide you regarding the line of treatment in the best way possible. There are immunotherapy drug which have been approved by FDA for the treatment of pancreatic cancer. But sometimes immunotherapy may cause side effects like Fever, Headache, Nausea, Fatigue, Muscle and joint aches, Redness, itching or sores where the needle was inserted and others. Consult Cancer Treatment doctors in Mumbai, or any other city of your choice, they will evaluate the patient and advise the best suitable treatment.

Hello Sir, my mother was diagnosed with salivary gland cancer (parotid gland cancer) on 28th. It is in an advanced stage. She's 69, and on blood thinners. She is really scared and asked me to get a second opinion. Kindly refer someone who can help us through this condition.
We need to check few more details. Whether surgery done or not? Generally, surgery remains 1st step and on safe hands the age mentioned is really no an adverse factor.

Hello, my aunt was diagnosed with a brain tumor after a bad fall on December 31st. We were advised that surgery would be impossible due to her age and other considerations and she would be unable to undergo chemo, therefore she will be treated solely with steroids. We are not sure about this hence would like to go for a second opinion. She has diabetes also. We are from Kolkata.
Please consult medical oncologist so that he can prescribe you proper line of treatment.

I am from Delhi. My father is 63 years old. We have suffered through the wrong treatment. In July, he was diagnosed with a spot in the right lung called a pulmonary nodule. And we were relieved to know that it was benign. Since mid-December, he has started falling ill several times and even lost appetite. Then two weeks back we asked for some tests again. We did a PET scan and some other tests and found that it is malignant and cancer has now spread across both lungs. We are all shattered by this news. We are about to lose him with the wrong treatment. Please refer to the best lung cancer doctor who can deal with this situation. We are not in a condition to trust a doctor based on reviews. Please help us. Please.
It looks like it was misdiagnosed. So, suggest you visit an oncologist and take the treatment forward

My mom is a 54 years old lady and have been feeling something in her neck and her voice was also changing. So she showed a doctor today and he had see an ultrasound and said he saw 2 glands in her neck.I have her report and i want to show it to u.And my mom also had breast cancer 1 year ago and she has been cured. So i want to know if this neck problem is related to cancer or not
Female | 54
Having two glands in the neck could be due to many things, not just cancer. Sometimes, enlarged glands are the result of infections and other reasons too. Since your mom had breast cancer before, it's imperative to get it thoroughly checked out by a specialist to make sure everything is okay. It's always good to be cautious and keep an eye on any changes in the body, especially after you have already been cancer-free for a while. Voice changes and neck discomfort can be signs of several things, so it's best to get it checked by an oncologist.

My mom age 49 yrs diagnosed with liver cancer And it has spread to the gallbladder. And Because Of water abdomen Is fully tight. Jaundice is very high. What will be the best treatment for her?
As per my understanding the patient is suffering from liver and gallbladder cancer, and is having ascites and high bilirubin. Ascites is definitely a complication associated with advanced cancer. Doctors may do regular paracentesis to remove this fluid. It is advisable to consult an oncologist and religiously follow his advice and do the best for the patient. Along with treatment patient may need psychological support to deal with the disease. Regular nursing and family support will help patient. Kindly consult an oncologist for evaluation. Namaste, My father lives in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is in terminal stage of cancer. It started as oral cancer which was removed surgically but unfortunately has metastasized to his lungs and now his liver. He took 6 rounds of chemotherapy, but it spread anyway. He is at end of life now and we are desperately looking for Ayurveda treatment or options that can ease this situation.
Male | 65
Metastasis means the cancer has spread to other body areas. The terminal stage signals the disease's progression. Pain, weakness, and no appetite are symptoms. Ayurveda uses herbs and healthy practices to ease discomfort and lift life quality. But consult an expert to plan the ideal ayurvedic treatment approach for your dad's specific case.
