You seem to have a long-lasting pimple, known as a cyst. These pimples linger, painful, and deep within the skin. To aid healing, gently cleanse the area. Don't squeeze or pick at it. After two years, the cyst persists. Seeking advice from a dermatologist is recommended if discomfort continues.

My toe nail is split in half but not fully ot has been like it for a long time about 1 year but I thought it would grow out and the area has became yellow
Male | 14
Your toenail is split and has become yellow? This could be a fungal infection. Fungi grow in warm, moist areas like your feet. To eliminate the fungus, make sure you keep your feet clean and dry. Alternatively, you can try an anti-fungal cream that you can get over the counter. If it doesn't improve after that, see a dermatologist.

Pimples appearing on face which is best gel clindamycin phosphate gel with benzoyl peroxide or clindamycin phosphate gel with niacinamide??
Female | 21
Pimples can be annoying, but there are solutions to help. These spots come from blocked pores and germs. A gel with clindamycin phosphate and benzoyl peroxide can kill bacteria and reduce swelling. Alternatively, clindamycin phosphate with niacinamide may be better for redness and irritation. Both options work well, so you should pick the one best for your skin type. Not sure which to try? Start with one, then switch if it doesn't help.

I am an 18-year-old girl who has been experiencing small white itchy bumps on my inner labia. They look similar to hair bumps or pimples. I've had them for about 6 years. They did go away at one point but later showed back up. I've gotten them after shaving.
Female | 18
You might be suffering from ingrown hairs or folliculitis on your inner labia. The condition can develop after shaving when the hair starts to grow back and then grows into the skin. It is a very common condition that is usually not serious. To prevent this, you may try gentle shaving techniques or completely avoid shaving in that area. Keeping the area dry and clean is another way to go. If the bumps become painful or get worse, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Most of these conditions are harmless, but persistent symptoms should be evaluated. Maintaining good hygiene and avoiding irritating products can help. Additionally, wearing loose-fitting underwear may provide relief. However, since you’ve experienced this for six months, I recommend scheduling an appointment with a dermatologist. I experience cold symptoms whenever I step outside, possibly due to dust. I also feel cold even when I am in an air-conditioned environment. Additionally, while preparing food, I start sneezing due to the smell of the ingredients. I am not sure why this problem occurs, and I am seeking advice on what I should do to address this issue.
Female | 25
You may be suffering from allergies, which can cause sneezing and chills despite warm weather. Allergens such as dust and strong odors, possibly from food, could trigger these symptoms. To manage this, avoid exposure to dust and pungent smells. Wearing a mask and keeping your living areas spotless can help. Over-the-counter antihistamines may offer relief. Male | 17
It seems you may be having some irritation which could come from many different sources, such as fungal infections, skin problems, or allergies. Nighttime itching might be a sign of moisture or heat in the groin area, particularly with hair. Cutting the hair can be helpful but you need to be careful to avoid ingrown hairs. Hygiene is key; opt for breathable fabrics, like cotton, for the best results. Nevertheless, since this issue has been constant, I suggest you consult a dermatologist to get a tailored treatment plan.

You may have a skin allergy causing swelling, pain, and white blisters on your left neck, which are now spreading to your shoulders and back. This could be due to contact with an allergen like a chemical or plant. Using Clobenate GM might not be the only solution. It’s a good idea to stop using Boroline and consult your dermatologist for a proper evaluation and treatment plan. Avoid scratching to prevent the condition from worsening.

Legs pale on waking but colour restored after 5 minutes
Female | 59
Getting pale legs when you wake up is a sign of circulation in your legs. This change happens during sleep which can cause the blood vessel (temporarily) to narrow or decrease in the blood flow for a limited time. This is mainly the result of sleeping positions or a fall in blood pressure. When the body is moved, the blood flow to the veins gradually improves, and the color of the limb gets back to normal. Basically, this is not something that you need to worry about. Nevertheless, if you notice other signs such as a hurting leg, swelling, or frequently changing color it is a good idea to ask a dermatologist's advice.
