You may have a lipoma, a lump of fat lies beneath the skin. It is painless, harmless. Its size remains constant, generally. Your medications likely didn't cause it. Still, seek a doctor's examination for confirmation. If it grows, changes color, or brings pain, definitely consult a dermatologist.
