Red Bumps on Leg After Trying On Second-Hand Trousers
on Saturday morning I bought some trousers from a second-hand market, and I tried them on there at the market after about 6 hours I noticed some red bumps that scratched my lower leg, there are about 8 red bumps of about 1 cm on the whole leg

Redness and bumps appeared on your leg. It seems like an allergic reaction to materials in those trousers. The red marks could be hives or dermatitis from contact. Wash with gentle soap and water.
