You have got something called eczema. Eczema can be described as tiny scabs on the skin. One of the most essential precautions you can take is to cleanse and moisturize the area regularly. Don't scratch yourself too much because it can lead to an infection. You can try using a gentle moisturizer to see if it helps. If the scabs don't improve or you see any new symptoms, it's best to go to a dermatologist for further advice.

Boils are typically triggered by bacteria entering a hair follicle or oil gland. They come up as red, tender lumps filled with pus. Clean the area and apply a warm cloth to help them heal. Donāt try to squeeze or burst them as this can make the infection worse. If this doesnāt work, see a dermatologist.

Hypoallergenic A few potential causes of the issue are sunburned skin and allergies. There is another possibility of an infection. Clean and carefully dry the skin. If the rash doesn't heal, a cream that has a mild nature may be used to reduce the itching. In case the pain continues or gets worse, you\'d better seek help from a dermatologist.

Hi doc..i have this sour and white taste toungue for few months.scrap it off the next day it comes back..is it due to smoking and alcohol user..i dont have this problem before..ols help
Male | 52
You have a white sour taste in your mouth that won't go away even after scraping it off. According to my experience, this might be caused by smoking or alcohol which irritates the mouth hence this recurring problem. To solve this problem, reduce smoking and taking alcohol. Ensure that your teeth are always clean and donāt forget to scrape your tongue. If this doesn't work out for you then I would advise you to visit a dentist who will further guide you on what to do.

Could scabies spread through me being fully clothed and sleeping in a bed and then someone else using the bed
Female | 20
Yes scabies can be transmitted even when you are fully dressed and lay down in bed. Scabies occurs due to the movement of very small mites that may transfer from one person to another through direct contact or via the exchange of bedding and clothing. If in doubt, and youāre suspicious, that you have scabies, it is advisable to seek the help of a dermatologist

Female | 8
A crack in the heel, arch, and ball of the feet can be painful. This can happen due to dry skin or standing for a long period. Make sure she wears the best comfortable shoes that she has. Apply a thick moisturizing cream daily to keep her feet soft and hydrated. Water is super important too. This will assist in stopping the cracks from coming back. Iif she still has the issue after some time, then see a dermatologist for more advice.

Greetings sir my daughter is four years old she was some what black with your suggestion I want her for skin whitening treatment which one is permanent for her chemical peel or Laser treatment please suggest me sir
Female | 4
Neither of these treatments is recommended for children under the age of 18. Chemical peels and laser treatments are not permanent skin whitening treatments. These treatments can help to reduce the appearance of dark spots, but they will not permanently lighten the skin.

A keloid is when the skin grows too much after an injury has healed. They may feel itchy or painful. You could use silicone sheets or gel over the wound to stop it from growing back. Additionally, ask your physician about corticosteroid injections which can help flatten the keloid.

I face chicken pox disease from last 3 days and now I feel hot after taking fever medicine
Female | 17
After taking fever medicine, it usually happens that a person feels to be hot. Chickenpox is a virus that causes the manifestation of itchiness all around the body with red spots that turn into blisters. Fever, headache, and tiredness are the most common symptoms. Always remember to drink plenty of fluids to keep your body hydrated. Calamine lotion is useful in alleviating itching. Plenty of rest is essential.

Hello doctor ,Iām Harsha 23 years old , and Iām suffering from fever from day before yesterday, Along with it I did get few res spots all over the body, and body is so itchy , also my main consent is I do have leg pain and Iām unable to walk unable to stand also and I just observed face is turning red and slight swelling. Just want to know what kind of problem Iām I suffering from
Female | 23
You may be experiencing a viral fever with a skin rash, a condition known as viral exanthem. The leg pain, swelling, and difficulty walking could indicate inflammation in your joints, which is referred to as viral arthritis. These symptoms are often associated with viral infections like dengue or chikungunya. I recommend getting plenty of rest, staying hydrated, and using over-the-counter pain relievers for relief. If your symptoms worsen or persist for an extended period, it's important to consult a dermatologist.

Acne is a result of clogged pores, bacteria, and surplus oil. However, wash your face two times a day with a mild cleanser. Do not squeeze the pimples because they will become much worse. Additionally, using medications containing salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide will also do the trick.

I have mouth ulcers. Which are really painful. I use nilstat or the powder of vibramycin capsule for gargle as a cure for ulcers. But the issue is as one ulcer gets cure another ulcer pops up again. Which is yellowish and the surrounded with red skin.
Male | 22
Mouth sores may result from tension, injury from unintentionally biting your cheek, or certain food items. It's awesome that you're in the process of using Nilstat or vibramycin powder in your mouth for gargling, but if you are still experiencing new ulcers, make a dentist or a doctor visit. Try not to eat acidic food. Take enough vitamins and minerals in your diet to support overall mouth health.

I applied undiluted dettol on my face [acne region (cheek and forehead) as it was bleeding] and forgot to wash it off. This later burnt my skin and now two months later theres a brownish patch which I am unable to get rid of regardless of how many scars removal cream and depigmenting creams I have used. Please help me recognise the problem with a solution for the same. Thank you.
Female | 16
Undiluted Dettol is said to cause burns and dark patches on the skin, especially the sensitive area of the face. The brownish skin spot that you have may be the result of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. To discolor the patch, avoid sun exposure by applying sunscreen, and think about visiting a dermatologist for chemical peels or laser therapy treatment.
