A crack in the heel, arch, and ball of the feet can be painful. This can happen due to dry skin or standing for a long period. Make sure she wears the best comfortable shoes that she has. Apply a thick moisturizing cream daily to keep her feet soft and hydrated. Water is super important too. This will assist in stopping the cracks from coming back. Iif she still has the issue after some time, then see a dermatologist for more advice.

I'm 19 I have bacterial infection past 2months so I visit to my near general doctor they suggest clonate ointment and candid dusting powder but still there is no improvement?daybyday its increased and itching also I have so I used clobetamil ointment now infection is mildly decreased but this is not permanent solution?so pls give solution for my problem dr
Female | 19
Clonate ointment and candid dusting powder are corticosteroid and antifungal powder respectively which are not recommended for treating bacterial infections and hence it is suggested to stop the same at once. Proper diagnosis and treating the condition accordingly is essential in your case. Ruling out underlying cause and identifying the source of bacterial infections is equally important. Please consult a Dermatologist immediately so that appropriate antibiotics, good skin care regimen and creams can be recommended.

Skin redness without itching
Male | 20
If your skin turns red without feeling itchy, there might be a few causes. This redness can happen when your skin is sensitive to what touches it such as some fabrics or lotions. It may also result from temperature changes or stress. Use gentle fragrance-free products on your skin and keep it hydrated. Visit a dermatologist if the redness continues or gets worse.

What to do to get rid of pimples on my face
Female | 23
When your skin's tiny holes get blocked by oil and dead cells, red bumps appear. Pimples can bring pain. To get rid of pimples, wash your face twice with a gentle face wash. Don't pick or squeeze them. Use products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. These can help. Keep hair clean. Don't touch your face often. Eat healthy foods. Drink lots of water. If pimples still won't go, see a dermatologist.

You may be suffering from what is known as eczema. Eczema is a skin condition that causes the skin to become itchy, swollen, and red. It usually moves from one place on the body to another. This can be triggered by some soaps, detergents, or stress. For the management of eczema, try to use gentle and unscented soaps, moisturizing your skin, and avoiding scratches. If the symptoms do not go away, it is better to see a dermatologist for a thorough examination and treatment.

Female | 23
Pimples occur when oil and dead skin cells block hair follicles thus leading to a condition called acne. The marks are usually a result of inflammation in the skin. Instances that can be white spots and not consistent in color are marks of hyperpigmentation. Be gentle to your skin, do not pick your skin, and use products with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide.

Full body red pimple and very Itching
Male | 19
Itchy red spots on your skin might be hives! They are caused by the release of histamine, often due to allergies or stress. An antihistamine can help provide relief. However, if the hives persist for more than a few days or worsen, see a dermatologist. Your body might need more than medication.

I advise you to follow a proper skincare routine which includes washing your face twice a day with gentle cleanser and using a moisturizer that suits your skin type. Also, while going out wear a sunscreen with at least SPF of 30. Also, exfoliating 1-2 times a week can help. And avoid touching or squeezing your pimples as this can make your problem worse. For more help and guidance regarding your dark spots, I recommend visiting a dermatologist. I hope this proved helpful.

Acne is multi-factorial problem, hormonal disease in most of the patients, diet, exercise, hygiene, grooming practices play important role.so visiting dermatologist and taking treatment is one option and maintain treatment for long time because if you are getting any improvement with the treatment then continue it otherwise dermatologist will change it. there are few things that has to be taken care. One thing not to apply hair oil, avoid having dandruff or use anti-dandruff shampoos weekly on the scalp, using face washes that have salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day. Topical steroids have to be avoided. Topical antibiotics like Clindamycin are useful. Oral Antibiotics or retinoids are advised.

Cleaning with mild soap and water is the key. An antiseptic cream is another option that could be employed along with the cleaning procedure. Wrap it with a clean bandage as a precaution. Dear Dr I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding my brother's skin condition. He has developed small, lightly red bumps along with some small dry red blemishes on his body, primarily on his torso, hands, and inner thighs. These spots are not itchy or painful, but they have persisted for a while. Could you kindly advise on what the condition might be and recommend the most effective treatment to help him get rid of these spots completely? Thank you very much for your time and expertise. We would appreciate any guidance you can offer. Best regards,
Male | 17
Your brother might be suffering from a skin condition named eczema, or it is known as atopic dermatitis. It is the first step to the development of red bumps and dry, scaly patches on the skin. The development of eczema can be sometimes as a result of dry skin, stress, or allergies. To relieve symptoms, recommend your brother to apply soft moisturizers, avoid soaps that are too strong, cover him with comfortable and breathable clothes. If the problems will continue, seek the advice of a dermatologist.

Red line mark on both thigh sinc 2 months
Female | 24
It is important to mind red lines on your thighs, as they might result from skin infections, irritants, or even insect bites. It would be of much help if you knew when these marks appeared first and any other symptoms you might have. Ensure that the area is clean and avoid scratching. Consider using a mild antiseptic cream; otherwise, seek further evaluation from a dermatologist.

The symptoms you described, which include itching, ringworm-like sores, wet blisters, and red/black spots, are characteristic of an allergic reaction. Boils and raised skin on the penis, the waist, and the abdomen may also be linked. Never scratching is the way to go if you want to avoid extra irritation. A calming soothing lotion would be helpful. If the symptoms continue or worsen, it is important to go to the dermatologist for the correct diagnosis and treatment.
