How can I remove black dots on my nose tip?

I have a tiny small small dot like Black head on my nose tip this got remove whenever i squeeze that with my finger how can i remove my all black dot on my nose tip

We do not recommend that you try to manually remove black dots on the rhinion by squeezing or picking them as it can cause scarring, infection, and even further damage to the nose. These black dots are blackheads that result from the formation of black plugs in the pores. A dermatologist is the right person in the healthcare sector to the diagnosis and treatment of this condition.

Seems like the problem is fungal in the intimate area. This is what's causing the itching and the pimple-like bump. The most important thing is to keep the area clean and dry so the healing can take place. Avoid rubbing or scratching the area as it can make it worse. You can try using an antifungal cream to help clear up the infection. Make sure to wear loose-fitting underwear and don't wear tight clothing as this will result in faster healing of the area.

I have gone through hair transplant surgery 4.5 months ago. I am suffering from Androgenetic Alopecia. As per the doctor, I am taking minoxidil and finastride on daily basis. However, my hair sheds while I apply minoxidil (10-15 hairs shed) and while I wash my head. Please suggest whether this is normal or should I consider any other treatment?

Hair fall is natural. As the lifecycle of hair has different stages.

Telogen and exogen are shedding phases of hair cycle where we lose hair. 15 to 20% hair are shed in these phases, therefore it's natural.
But when you lose more hair than routine, then its a matter of concern. Upto 30 to 40 hair per day is normal. Whatever you lose will grow back according to your hair cycle.
If you are losing thin hair very frequently then it's alarming as well.
After starting minoxidil hair fall increases. But that is normal and you will get those hair back because you are not losing them from the root.

Keep using minoxidil and finasteride it will help you.
