Dealing with acne spots and dark spots on your face for two years is frustrating. Consider using azelaic acid: safe for most people. A 10% concentration is effective. It reduces acne breakouts and fades discoloration. Use it daily by applying a thin layer after cleansing. Complement with sunscreen and moisturizer.

My penis has a lot smegma and I’m very concerned because it hurts and when I tried to be also hurts and it’s stressing me out
Male | 14
You might be infected with a disease called balanitis. This may be the result of a collection of smegma underneath the foreskin, which causes reddening, swelling, and pain. It is a must to carefully clean the penis using warm water and a mild soap. Do not utilize aggressive chemicals. Meanwhile, if the pain continues or becomes more severe, be certain to set an appointment with a dermatologist for a more detailed examination and receive the treatment.

I am 22 year old woman l was using skin lite cream for past few months and now my face got burned and my face has two colours how to get rid of this problem
Female | 22
Skin irritation and pigmentation changes could be causing the two different colors. To solve this, stop using the cream right away and use a mild moisturizer instead. Also, always apply sunscreen before going out into the sun each morning or afternoon. If it doesn’t help, see a dermatologist for more advice.

Hi good morning I have skin allergy plz can you tell me med for this
Male | 38
For skin allergies, I advise the individual to see a dermatologist who could pinpoint his/her exact condition and give a relevant treatment. Non-prescription antihistamines can help with mild symptoms, but a person who is suffering from prolonged or very serious symptoms must seek medical help.

A cat bite on my foot very small signs appear no pain just few little drops of blood when I press the wound. Minor pain if i feel no swear pain. Need advise.
Female | 35
It is fantastic that you sweat the details about your wound with highly microscope-like attention to detail. The small bleeding and mild discomfort may mean it's a minor injury that is usually due to a cat bite. Carefully facilitate the part of the body with a soapy lotion, to avoid the infection-causing phenomenon. After you have done that, a light application of a non-prescription antibiotic ointment and a bandage should suffice. Be aware of signs of infection like more redness or swelling, and if these signs are present, seek immediate assistance from a dermatologist before the condition worsens.

i have fungal infection all over groin area
Female | 30
Fungal infections in the groin can induce itching, redness, and discomfort. They are often caused by heat, dampness, and the rubbing of the skin. To reduce symptoms, make sure the affected area is kept dry and clean, and try using over-the-counter antifungal creams. In addition, wearing loose-fitting clothes can make you feel more comfortable. In this respect, it is highly recommended to see a dermatologist for proper advice.

Hello doctor, I fell in the park on Holi, and my friend applied turmeric, garlic and mustard oil on the wound after heating it.I have this injury on my knee This mark has appeared after the wound healed. Now how will it be cured?
Female | 29
You may be having a skin reaction to the things you put on your wound. This has formed a stain on your knee. Temporary things like turmeric, garlic, and mustard oil can be used on the wound but may cause skin irritation. To facilitate the healing, discontinue those substances and keep the area clean. You may also find some relief by applying a light moisturizer. If it doesn't get better, see a dermatologist for more help.

My skin is Dark what should i do to get my skin Brighton
Male | Sai
Skin darkening is a typical phenomenon; it could be as a result of different causes like solar exposure or genetic condition. Dark skin tends to become discolored. To lighten your skin, try staying away from the sun, using mild skin care products, and eating healthy foods are the right methods. In addition to this, drinking plenty of water and sufficient sleep also help make your skin seem fairer.

It seems to be a fungal infection in your left armpit. I suggest you see a dermatologist to look into the rash, and get a medication accordingly. Deodorant should also be avoided as it might make the situation worse.

What should I do if my nipples in my breast have small pimples in my mouth and if I press a little it comes out white?
Female | 22
You may experience tiny bumps on your nipples that discharge white fluid when pressed. This condition, known as nipple acne, is widespread and typically harmless. The white substance comprises oil and dead skin cells. To address this, maintain cleanliness and dryness of the area, wear loose-fitting garments, and avoid harsh soap products. However, if the issue persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for personalized guidance.

Acne on cheeks, have many big spots
Male | 29
You have some large, bumpy areas on your face. Those are known as zits or pimples. Zits occur when the tiny holes in our skin, called pores, become clogged with oil and dead skin cells. This can make them look red and swollen or feel tender to the touch. A good way to get rid of acne is to wash your face gently with warm water and soap twice a day; never squeeze the spots because it can cause scars, or use products containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid which help clear up blackheads and whiteheads.

Female | Jagriti
Mesodew Lite Cream SPF 15 is the product that this creamy substance is made to serve as a physical barrier, blocking UV rays from damaging the skin. In some cases, it may result in a reddening of the skin, the appearance of a rash, or the development of acne. If these conditions happen, discontinue applying the cream. Check with your dermatologist before you apply the cream to your whole body Do a patch test first. Washing your hands after applying the cream is also important, and don't let it get into your eyes.

There is peeling of the skin on the nails of the hands and the nails are also melting slightly
Female | 52
Skin peeling around the nails, and sometimes the actual nails can happen if hands are exposed to chemicals or water, frequently. Another possible reason is a lack of vitamins or a skin condition. To address this, just practice these things — avoid chemicals, wear gloves, eat healthy, and keep the skin of the hands moist. You can also consult a dermatologist for further treatments.

Female | 30
Alopecia is a condition that leads to hair loss. It may be a cause of concern, resulting in a rise in the emotions of sadness. Some of the most common symptoms consist of patches of hair loss on the scalp. Different causes like hereditary and panic can lead to alopecia. Although some people have found Rosemary water to be a helpful home remedy, it should be noted that its effectiveness varies from person to person. Moreover, it's important to remind your friend to prioritize self-care practices, stress management, and seeking out a dermatologist for treatment plans tailored to her in addressing alopecia.

I am 19 years old mera lip pe ek green green mark h pta nhi kyu h pls dr.reply
Female | 19
The skin might have become green due to Pityriasis versicolor, a fungal infection. This occurs when the skin produces too much oil or sweat. Keep your skin dry and clean, and use antifungal creams if necessary. If that doesn’t help, it’d be best to consult a dematologist.

Cut self trimming pubic hair Hi Im 25 and was trying to trim my testicles with scissors and knicked a bit of skin and they were proper scissors. It bled a decent bit at first but I was in the shower so I was able to get a bit of toilet roll and hold it to stop the bleeding. It made me very dizzy to the point where I was struggling to stand I'm not sure if it was just because I was panicking or pain. But It stopped for a bit and I tried to stand and it started bleeding a tiny bit like a drop because I think it was a proper cut. I stood up again but I don't thinks it's bleeding any more and just looks like a knick. But is it something I should get checked out or should it be fine to let it heal. Sorry if this is the wrong thing to do I don't really know who to ask and phoning the doctors at my bit is really bad just now cause there so busy and if I'm just overreacting.
Male | 25
If the bleeding has stopped and the cut is small, it should heal on its own. Keep the area clean and apply an antiseptic. However, because you felt dizzy and it was a proper cut, it's a good idea to see a doctor, specifically a dermatologist or a urologist, to ensure there's no risk of infection or other complications.
