Blood clots on the legs, hips, and back may be an symptom of the disease called vasculitis. They become painfully tender to touch when pressured. This involves the deterioration of the blood vessels which may be caused by many different factors. It is so important to visit a dermatologist who will be able to provide you with the exact diagnosis and treatment plan.

Hello, I have redness on my nose, I would like to get rid of it, as its not the same colour and it looks ugly. I kinda know why its red. I had erythema multiforme, after someone drank from my water bottle and i got herpes simplex, i had red dots on my hand, knees, elbows, and one on my nosebridge now its gone, but ever since i have a discolored nose. The top where it connects to the forehead is white and below its a red colour, what can I do to get back the original colour of my nose, is there any medication that can help?

Male | 21

That redness on your nose might be leftover swelling. Don't worry though, with some gentle TLC, it should fade. Be sure to moisturize and use mild products. Staying out of harsh sunlight (and SPF!) will also keep discoloration away. It may take time, but your skin will heal.

Am I balding or not? Please help

Male | 16

It is hard to diagnose your balding without a professional examination. If you are worried about hair loss, you should visit a dermatologist who is a specialist in hairs loss problems. They can analyze your condition and give you optimal care.

Our dog accidently scratch my hands with his teeth but there is no cuts, bleeding or wounds can i get rabies?

Female | 22

If a dog of yours scratches or nips at you and you don't see any signs of bleeding, cuts, or wounds, the risk of rabies is among the lowest. Rabies is mostly an infection through saliva, hence, when there is no open wound, the chances are minimal. Watch out for any strange signs such as a fever, headache, or tingling in the area near the scratch. In the event, you spot something peculiar, it's best to get checked out by a doctor anyway. But for now, you should be just fine. Rinse the wound under running water and lather it with soap to disinfect it.

Best sunscreen for oily skin and acne prone skin for teenagers girls

Female | 16

Taking care of oily, acne-prone skin is a priority for many teenage girls. Sunscreen plays a vital role in skin protection. Choose oil-free and non-comedogenic sunscreens. These won't clog pores or make your skin greasy. Look for zinc oxide or titanium dioxide ingredients. They are gentle. Sunscreen prevents skin damage and premature aging. Establish a daily sunscreen habit for healthy skin.

I am 19 yr olg I am effected to fungal acne on my face from past 2 months ,I also followed a treatment but it's not working instead of reducing its evan making more worse , I am so insecure abt my skin I can't even explain, I feel so disappointed evan to go to my college..... so can please suggest me a skin care which will help to clear completely and as soon as possible

Female | 19

Fungal acne may appear as very small pimples on your skin, especially the face area. It is by the yeast that lives on your skin. For it to get cleared off, use a non-irritating wash with salicylic acid, unhitch thick creams, and introduce antifungal substances such as tea tree oil. I want you to appreciate the process; it may require some time before you see a difference.
