Why do I have dizziness at night?
I have had dizziness for a year now. It only seems to be at night when I am laying down and when I can't get all of my poo out. I get a bit constipated every period and this effects my head every month.

You might have vasovagal syncope. This occurs when there is a rapid drop in blood pressure and heart rate, which causes fainting. Additionally, being constipated can aggravate this condition as it compresses your nerves. To alleviate it, make sure to drink more water, eat foods rich in fiber and consult with a gastroenterologist for further assessment and treatment options.
