It looks like you have bad case of ringworm which did not respond to the OTC medicines. I suggest that as soon as possible you see a dermatologist who specializes in fungal infections. They may give you oral antifungal medicine and topical treatment to improve the result. Seek urgent medical care since untreated ringworm can cause problems.

Hydroquinone for skin lightening
Male | 18
Let me give you the lowdown on hydroquinone: it’s a common ingredient found in skin lightening products. This is because it works by reducing melanin in the skin. So if you have dark spots such as age or sun spots, using hydroquinone could help fade them away. However, don’t forget that you must be cautious not to misuse it since this can cause some undesired effects. As a rule, always follow directions given by the manufacturer when using any cosmetic product and also watch out for any allergic reactions.

Wound problem cream tablet
Male | 70
Common symptoms can include redness, swelling, or discharge. Various factors such as infection or improper healing may contribute to these concerns. Over-the-counter remedies like topical creams can help soothe minor wounds, while oral medications may address discomfort. However, if you experience persistent pain, increased redness, or swelling, it's wise to seek professional help. A dermatologist can offer targeted treatment and ensure your wound heals properly.

Itching on cheeks, hands, and back could be due to:
- Dry skin
- Allergic reaction

- Bug bites or hives
- Medication side effect.
Try moisturizing, avoiding irritants, and OTC antihistamines. If symptoms persist, see a dermatologist.

Can I take omniclav 625 and oflox oz tablets in gap of one hour
Female | 30
Have in mind that Omniclav 625 and Oflox oz are antibiotics. The accurate methods to use it are necessarily by doctor's prescription. Waiting 1 hour before taking the other may not be the best idea. You should take care of following the directions to their specified methods of administration.

So i was punctured by a small metal and i washed and disinfected it i also got my tetanus shot last year what should i do?
Male | 16
It seems like you’ve done a good job taking care of the metal puncture wound by cleaning and sterilizing it. Because you had a tetanus injection in the past year, you are likely to be immune to tetanus. However, watch for redness, swelling, heat, or pain in the area. If any of these symptoms occur, seek medical attention.

I am 26 year old and I am looking for full body skin brightening & lightening treatment along with the total cost for it, can you please help me with the total charges and confirm if it is safe to go with it? Are there any side effects
Female | 26
Regarding skin brightening, one of the treatment that comes to my mind is Glutathione injections, it's free of any severe side effects when used in safe dosage. But I wouldn't recommend anything without prior examination.

I have a small bump in my mons pubis area for around a month it sometimes gets filled with a white liquid, no itching, it is the same size as before, not growing, what should I do ?
Female | 18
A sac with fluid is called a cyst. It forms beneath the skin. It may result from clogged oil glands or hair follicles. Since it's not getting bigger and doesn't itch, that's good. If it doesn't bother you, watch it. But if pain starts or it grows larger, see a dermatologist right away to get it checked.

Hello Doctor, myself purushothaman 39/M, I have been consulted many doctors for my issue. At initial state I will continuously sneeze in the morning, one doctor suggest to use Montek-LC, after that sneezing got stopped but I have continue to table till my last breathe. After some time using the tablet it started itching issue. For that I have consulted many skin doctors whenever I use the medicine it will reduce and after that it will slowly itching will raise which I could not resist. After that I went to ENT doctor for whether I have any issue in ENT. For that I have undergone surgery also since my my nose bone sharp inside and polyps are also there. After that also skin itching still exists. After that I stopped not to go any doctor. Since my issue was not resolved by anybody. Somehow I tried to figure it out myself what is exactly happening to me through my articles in online. To be Frank I won't smoke and drink, but I have keep on mucus segregation. Then one day I realised may be I might face any respiratory problem. So that I need you to look into above issue and provide your valuable feedback
Male | 39
Sneezing, itching, and discharging from the nose might be the result of allergic reactions or chronic sinus problems. The inflammation of your nose and sinuses may have led to the symptoms of sneezing, itching, and mucus manufacture. I can suggest that you consult a dermatologist for the appropriate testing, so as to determine the allergens and accordingly, the treatment can be developed to include allergy medications, nasal sprays, immunotherapy, and so on.

Tiny rash started apppearing on my skin after i changed my bodywash recently
Female | 21
The tiny rash on your skin could be due to some of the skin’s new body wash ingredients not being compatible with your skin. Try getting back to your old body wash to check if the rash goes away. If it doesn't take a turn for the better or worsens, the best thing is to stop using the new body soap and go for a check-up with a dermatologist for more help.

I had found small red spot with white border they come twice from last 20 days come and go automatically can it's simple or anything
Male | 36
The red spots are minor in most cases and may be due to low-grade skin irritation, or allergic, or insect bites. They will usually heal quickly without the help of medicines. Nevertheless, you should see a dermatologist just to make sure you are okay and your condition is properly diagnosed. They can complete the whole check-up and decide if you need any special type of therapy.
