Should I seek medical help for metal puncture?
So i was punctured by a small metal and i washed and disinfected it i also got my tetanus shot last year what should i do?

It seems like you’ve done a good job taking care of the metal puncture wound by cleaning and sterilizing it. Hi, I had sclerotherapy done on Wednesday last week. My veins look a lot worse, they as re purple and more visible, there is no brusing and they are also quite sore to the touch/I can feel tiredness in my legs. My doctor said I may have had an allergic reaction to the therapy because I am on holiday in a hot country (Brazil) and prescribed me an antihistamine. Will the veins eventually fade or will I need more treatment?
