You might suffer from a disease called sciatica. Sciatica is a condition that arises when something is pressing on the nerves that extend from the lower back to both legs. As a result, severe pain, numbness, and walking difficulties are the possible consequences. It is most often associated with a herniated disc in the spine. Routine physical activities, stretching, and pain relief medications can assist. Besides pointing out the specific exercises that would help you relieve pressure on the nerves, you should also seek out an orthopedist.

I want to know how many can a person gain from limb lengthening and does it depends with the cost and expenses
Female | 25
The maximum lengthening achievable is around 8-10 cm for the femur bone and 6-8 cm for the tibia bone. The amount of limb lengthening a person can gain through surgery varies according to the individual's initial height, the type of surgery, desired lengthening etc.

I have pain in both hands(3 inches above and below the elbows) and legs(5 inches above and below the knees). Not bone pain as I feel good if I try to restrict my blood flow. I always wear knee and elbow caps for pain relief. As far I remember I'm suffering from this pain for almost 13-14 years. Currently, I'm 20 years, I'm was being told it was due to the growing stage. Earlier I had vitamin D level 7 but now it is 30 but still, the pain is not gone. I have pain almost daily, I will feel lucky I don't have pain that particular day. If I walk for long or stand or play, or do something intense then the intensity of the pain will be unbearable sometimes due to pain I can't even sleep at night. In my test report, I have everything normal. Tests I have done so far are ASO TITRE, Anti-Nuclear, CPR, HLA B profile, Anti-CCP, Phosphorus, CPK, URIC ACID, CALCIUM, GLUCOSE, VITAMIN D AND B-12, THS, CBC, Alkaline Phosphate, Potassium, LDH, Magnesium.

Good afternoon, I have been having waist pain frequently in the past few weeks. Yesterday I was having muscle pull consistently for several hours intermittently
Male | 53
It appears that you have recently been having some lower back pain as well as muscle pulls. These could be due to things like bad posture, overworking yourself or even just pulling a muscle while making a sudden move. To reduce your discomfort, try doing some gentle stretches, using warm packs, and resting when necessary.

I am a 43 year old female, I have been experiencing chronic lower back pain for the last 8 months, the pain feels like it is nerves, I have trouble walking and can only walk around 20 metres. I take lyrica and palexia, they do not seem to be working. This is having a huge impact in my life
Female | 43
Chronic lower back pain can have various causes, such as spinal herniation, muscle strain, or spinal stenosis. If the pain feels nerve-related and affects your ability to walk, it could indicate nerve compression or damage. If medications like Lyrica and Palexia aren't effective, consider discussing other options with an orthopedist, such as physical therapy, injections, or surgery.

I am suffering in lower back pain and I have disc bulge in my lower back
Male | 22
One of the discs in your back moves out of place and presses nearby nerves. Pain can feel sharp or dull - even traveling down your leg. For relief, rest, use heat or ice, try gentle exercises. But most importantly, talk with an orthopedist for professional advice.

I am 19 years old male. I have bow legs how to solution bow legs.
Male | 19
Bowlegs occur when a person stands with their feet together and their knees far apart. Symptoms of bowlegs may include pain around the ankle or knee joint. Conditions such as rickets or inherent bone formation can cause a person to be bowlegged. Exercises or braces may help correct mild cases; more severe instances might require surgery. It is best to consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Chest and back pain very hard
Female | 47
Chest and back pain together normally occur due to muscle strain. This can happen while doing everyday activities like lifting heavy things. Be sure to rest, and apply ice. Aspirin will ease the pain. If you are not sitting and lifting with a straight and proper posture, it may lead to chest and back pain as a result of muscle strain. If you still experience the same pain or it turns out to be severe, then it is necessary to visit an orthopedist.

Your shoulder has multiple problems causing pain and limiting movement. You have torn tendons, muscle weakness, and joint issues. Surgery may repair the torn tendons and reduce joint arthritis. That could relieve symptoms and improve function. Visit an orthopedist for further treatment.

Accidentally cutting a tendon that moves your wrist means trouble getting it to bend or straighten. An injury or surgery could cause this. The symptoms? Difficulty bending or making your wrist flat. I have knee issues and when I want to sleep I don't want to get up is it a good idea to wear diapers to bed
Male | 31
Wearing diapers at night can cause you knee pain, so it's better to avoid it. When you are experiencing knee pain, your mobility is restricted which makes it hard for you to sleep. However, wearing diapers will not help. Knee issues arise either because of injury, arthritis, or muscle strain. To help, use pillows to support your knees while sleeping and also do gentle doctor-recommended exercises to strengthen your knee. Instead of only treating the pain, you should focus on the cause of the knee problem.
