Experiencing testicular pain that shifts from one side to the other isn’t common and could signal an issue. This pain might result from infection, injury, or other health problems. The key is early diagnosis and treatment, which can prevent complications. Consulting a urologist can help identify the cause and manage it effectively.

Hello, i’m a 23 year old male and i would like to speak to a urologist because i think i might have an std. I have taken various std tests and all my results came back negative, my family doctor prescribed a couple antibiotics (cefixime, nitrofurantoin, levofloxacin and ofloxacin) for the symptoms but it only suppresses it for a while before it flares up again. What do i do now ?
Male | 23
Hello, it's important to follow up with a urologist if your symptoms persist despite negative STD tests and antibiotic treatment. A urologist can provide specialized care for your condition and might conduct further tests to identify the underlying issue.

Do I have a uti or is it an std
Male | 23
It can sometimes be challenging to differentiate between a UTI and an STI based solely on symptoms. Both UTIs and STIs can cause similar symptoms such as pain or discomfort during urination, frequent urination, and an urgent need to urinate.

have pain in right testicle in down area and feel like it swell
Male | 26
Right testicular pain and swelling could mean epididymitis. Behind the testicle is a tube. Inflammation there causes this condition. Redness and warmth may occur too. A cold pack helps ease discomfort. Over-the-counter painkillers reduce pain also. See a urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

sir my penis frenulum got cut during sex now it is paining
Male | 25
Sometimes during sexual activity, the frenulum, a band of tissue connecting the penis to the foreskin, can tear. Intense or rough intercourse often causes this injury. If you've noticed bleeding, swelling, or discomfort below the head of your penis, a torn frenulum may explain these symptoms. Clean the area gently using mild soap and water. Apply an antiseptic ointment to prevent infection and aid healing. Should the pain persist or worsen, consult a urologist promptly.

ULTRA SONOGRAPHY OF SCROTUM REGION Left scrotal sac is empty. Left testis is normal in size and seen in left inguinal canal, likely to represent undescended testis. Left testis measuring 15 x 8mm. Right testis is normal in size and echopattern. Right testis measuring 19 x 10 mm Right epididymis is normal in thickness. No free fluid is seen around the tunica vaginalis at either side,
Male | 7
It's as if, the testis on the left hasn't descended properly into the scrotum. This can happen due to different factors. The testicle that hasn't descended is usually not painful, but the person might have fertility problems later in life. First of all, a urologist needs to be involved in the diagnostic process for the identification of an applicable remedy.

My toddler keep feeling pains while trying to pee
Female | 4
Toddlers sometimes get urinary tract infections (UTIs). These causes pain when peeing. They might need to pee very often. Fevers and bad-smelling urine can happen too. Urologists treat UTIs using antibiotic medicines. Drinking lots of water helps flush out infection-causing germs.

Indeed, incontinence is treatable not only through surgery. Pelvic floor workouts, bladder training, and medications are among the non-surgical treatments offered. It is important to get a referral to a urologist or gynecologist who practices pelvic medicine.

Female | 19
Getting pregnant through oral sex isn't possible for females. Many factors like poor digestion or muscle strain can cause stomach and leg discomfort. Consuming nutritious meals, staying hydrated, and doing light stretches may alleviate the pain. However, if it persists or worsens, visit a gynecologist.

I am suffering from swelling on anterior part of penis since 3 months . It's difficult to retract foreskin which is thin . There is also one round white area of discoloration on glans. Sometimes there pain is on right side of thigh. Kindly suggest the possible tests if required for getting the proper diagnosis.
Male | 41
It may be phimosis if the foreskin is unable to retract over the head of the penis due to tightness, as per your symptoms. Swelling and discoloration could result from irritation and infection caused by the trapped foreskin. The thigh pain could also be linked to this issue or possibly a different problem altogether. An examination by a urologist is necessary. The tests that may be carried out include blood tests for infection, urine tests, and a physical examination of the affected area.

My normal penis size is small but when it erectile it become large upto 11 to 12cm and my age is 20
Male | 20
It’s very normal for a penis to be smaller when it’s not hard, and then grow to about 11-12cm long when it is. This happens during puberty which is usually from around when you are 10-14 years old. So you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Female | 22
You might be experiencing urethral irritation, possibly due to an infection in the urethra, the tube that carries urine from the bladder. Even if you don't have pain or bleeding, it's important to see a doctor to find out the exact cause. It could be a urinary tract infection or something else. There are likely simple treatments or medications that can help relieve the discomfort. Book an appointment with a urologist to get it sorted out.

Male | 27
You're having issues with slow urination and erectile dysfunction. The shadow in your pelvis might mean a blockage that slows your urine flow. An operation could fix the blockage problem. Your ED may relate to your mentioned habit. Addressing these things is vital for getting your energy and intimacy right again. You'll need surgery for the blockage. For ED, changing lifestyle and getting help can offer solutions.

How to cure from chronic protatis
Male | 25
Chronic prostatitis brings pain in the pelvic area or when urinating. It causes frequent urination and difficulty emptying the bladder completely. Bacterial infections or inflammation of the prostate gland often cause it. If a bacterial infection exists, antibiotics treat it. Warm baths, drinking plenty of fluids, avoiding irritants like caffeine helps manage symptoms too. Follow your doctor's advice for proper treatment always.

I am male 17 year old almost, I was experiencing a little discomfort in right testis but now it is fine and I found that I have a lump or something on my left abdomen in groin area and I can feel it but on the right side it is very small what is this I am very scared , I have so much tension, please tell me , I searched on Google it's saying lymph node I don't what to do I think it's from long time but I am not sure It's no pain while touching walking running I sometimes forget about it No fever , no pain it is like 1.5-2cm I am not sure
Male | 17
You might have discovered a lymph node in the left side of your groin. Lymph nodes are the little helpers of your body's defense system. Sometimes they can become bigger when there is an infection nearby. It's normal to have different sizes on each side. Since you don't have any pain or other symptoms, it's probably nothing serious. If it starts bothering you or gets bigger, you can check with a urologist to be on the safe side.

I am a male aged 22 am been having abdomen back and testicle pain for 2 months now before this I had an sti gonorrhea I was given antibiotics but I think they only stop the symptoms for a little time what should I do
Male | 21
You've been experiencing discomfort in your abdomen, back, and testicles for some time. It's good that you've taken treatment for gonorrhea, but if the pain keeps returning, further treatment may be needed. The cause could be an infection that needs different antibiotics or another untreated STI. It's important to get a medical evaluation to find the exact reason for your pain and receive the right treatment. Contact a urologist for a thorough examination of your symptoms.
