I have a head wou.d and it's been glued just want to know if I can put my head on a pillow to go to sleep
Male | 30
Sleep with your head elevated above the heart level a bit to prevent opening up the wound again. Sleeping in an elevated position will prevent the swelling. You should go back to the doctor who diagnosed your head wound and follows his guidance on its treatment. In case of new symptoms or relapses, the doctor may make a referral to a neurologist or plastic surgeon for specialized care.

I ate a vitamin and about 20-25 minutes i drink a lil bit of wine (yellow tail) i don't know if this cause it but my symptoms is I get cold a lil while I started to see blurry white and the after wards I start seeing green and purple , dizzy, my head start hurting throat, behind my ears ... I'm afraid
Female | 20
It seems likely that you experienced an adverse reaction when you mixed the vitamin with wine. Blurred vision, dizziness, headache and throat pain are symptoms that could be caused by such an action. This mixture affects the central nervous system which leads to those signs. To help yourself, take lots of water and rest without taking any alcohol. If they continue consult a doctor for further assistance.

This range is quite high and serious. The first step to lowering uric acid levels is to exclude high purine foods like red meat and sea foods and alcohol. Eating a diet with whole-grain cereals and foods rich in vitamin C could be much more effective. Please see a specialist for prescription

Age of 8 months cat was bite me 40 minutes ago
Male | 21
If the cat broke your skin, you may feel pain, see redness, and notice swelling. Cat bites can transfer bacteria into your skin, possibly causing infection. Clean the area with soap and water, use an antiseptic, and watch for infection signs like more pain or redness. If those develop, seek medical care quickly.

Some changes to your body need attention. Losing weight rapidly, without effort, isn't normal. It might result from thyroid issues, diabetes, or even stress. Tiredness, dizziness, frequent hunger - these symptoms require caution. To ensure safety, it's wise to consult a healthcare provider and determine the underlying cause.

Hello... I would like a suggestion about how to get rid adominal fat.. My weight is normal, less than 60 kg. The rest of my body has normal shape but my waist circumference is around 90. It looks completely out of place.. I eat healthy and I'm not sedentary.. In the past I was overweight. not a lot. i lost all the excess weight, i even weighed less than normal, around 48, ,50. But no matter how little i weighed, the abdomen was still big, it was smaller when i had that way, but anyway it wasnt normal for weighing little. Then i rached the right healthy weight for me but my abdomen never matched the rest. I dont take any pill that could cause this. I had vitamin d deficiency. I've heard it could cause abdominal fat too. What could I do to change this??
Female | 25
Abdominal fat is normally linked to several factors such as genes, lifestyle and hormones. It is important to get advice from an endocrinologist or nutritionist to help explain the underlying cause of your condition. They will recommend particular weight-loss strategies along with treatment that will suit your needs

If a rat bites you, watch out for further developments regarding your muscular dystrophy. Mu name is Rosette i am 26( female) i have a health issue that i never found a solution about. I have huge pain on the left rib side and it came by itself, i did all the exams, check up in different clinics in my country but all the result are Always negative. The pain come and go as it wishes and it's been 3 years. When it Comes back it's as if its something that IS growing because the pain become worse and now it's affecting the stomach too
Female | 26
You've expressed the pain caused by your right rib over the past few days that does not subside and increase over time. Like stomach ulcers and pancreatitis, sometimes painful radiations to the rib region can be caused by any pain disorder. This pain management approach, including heat pads or a class of pain reliever medications, might help. Remember that how you feel is important, and persistent pain must never be ignored. This is a chronic condition, and ongoing stress could be your big issue. Overcoming persistent pain is one of the goals of alternative healing practices, like yoga.

Hello, I have had a sore throat for 9 days my nose and mouth have been sore also, I have been on antibiotics for 5 days . It hurts me to swollow anything.
Female | 61
Maybe the antibiotics you have been taking for the last 5 days are not effective in controlling the infection resulting in your sore throat. I advice you to get an ENT consultation in order to get the correct diagnosis. They may recommend another antibiotic or to explore other treatment options and manage symptoms for you. Do not delay getting treatment of your problems with swallowing as this may aggravate matters.
