I take for high blood pressure medications. I have been dizzy and pass out on occasions I read the side effects on my prescriptions and they all say they make me dizzy and the possibility of passing out. My question is this: Do you know of a high blood pressure medication that I could take one pill and it does not make me dizzy or lightheaded?

Yes, there are medications available to treat high blood pressure that do not make you dizzy or lightheaded like angiotensin receptor blockers, calcium channel blockers, diuretics, etc. Please visit a doctor. Based on your individual condition and other factors, he will decide the right medicine for you. I hope this proved useful.
