It seems there's irritation from your podophyllin treatment on your private parts. The burning and peeling skin could indicate a reaction. Stop using it right away. Gently wash the area with cool water and mild soap. Put calming aloe vera cream to soothe irritation.

I have got foreskin infection. I tried various tropical creams, and it keeps coming back. Its been over a year now. The foreskin and veins are reddish and a burning sensation when i touch it.
Male | 26
The symptoms you are talking about, like redness, burning sensation, and recurring infection, might be caused by a disease called balanitis. Balanitis is the inflammation of the foreskin. The reasons may be poor hygiene, tight foreskin, or infections. To get better, keep the area clean, avoid using harsh soaps, and see a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Have a toe infection from biting my nail, tried soaking it in warm water for a few minutes and no soloution. It turned from darkish red to pink in about a week. What should u do to remove the infection
Male | 14
Infections can occur when germs enter the skin through a cut or bite. Symptoms that your toe is infected include redness, swelling, warmth, and pain. To treat it, try soaking your toe in warm soapy water for 15 minutes 3-4 times a day. This will help clean the area and reduce swelling. Keep your toe clean and dry, and don’t squeeze or pop it. If it doesn’t improve, see a dermatologist for further treatment.

Dear Sir/Ma'am I am a student. I am having hair loss problem for 5 years. I once had hair treatment from a doctor, the doctor gave me some medicine, but it did not go well. And now I am suffering from hair loss again. I also have stomach problems. And I am continuing my stomach problem treatment. Please help me with your advice. Thank you for reading this request. Sincerely Ai Kham Gogoi
Male | 24
Typically, the level of hair loss might rise due to stress, maybe because of an imbalanced diet or any other medical factors. Furthermore, it can also stand to reason that stomach-related problems can be tied to dietary options than any underlying health issue. Moreover, please do not forget to eat a balanced diet, minimize stress, and drink a lot of water. It is always important to communicate with your dermatologist.

White patches on scalp so Hair grow white about 12years present my age 23years please advice permanent treatment about this
Male | 23
White spotting on the scalp may suggest the disease called alopecia araeta which causes the hair to fall off in patches. It is a treatable problem, the solution to which depends on the intensity of the problem itself. The skin condition should be assessed by a dermatologist for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Face for fungal infection
Male | 30
Fungal Infections on the face are quite common, they can make the skin become red, itchy, and or peel off. These kinds of infections occur when fungi grow on the skin's surface because of things like sweat, and humidity. To cure fungal infections; ensure you keep it clean and dry always, do not share personal items, and use antifungal creams as prescribed by a pharmacist. If the problem persists, visit a dermatologist.

Use gentle cleansers and moisturizers. Sunscreen is a must. Avoid touching face. Treat underlying health issues. Eat healthy, stay hydrated.

I have acne all over my face... It has been 3 years since I have acne... My acnes has pus and blood filled inside.. I am currently using topical benzoyl peroxide... Before i had a course of ezythromycin but I guess it didn’t work... Please prescribe me some medicine
Male | 15
What happens with acne is hair follicles get blocked with oil and dead skin cells. Acne filled with pus or blood means that it is infected. When it comes to treating them, using topical benzoyl peroxide is quite helpful while for severe cases, oral antibiotics such as doxycycline may be necessary. Make sure you continue your treatment regularly and keep your face clean so as not to get more pimples. You can also visit a dermatologist for further treatment.

I don't have achne but the when I get pimples it leaves a dark spots and also makes my skin dull What would be the Best vitamin c serum?
Female | 28
You need to use a vitamin C serum that can contain up to 10% L-ascorbic acid so that it can help to lighten the spots on the skin and improve its complexion. Regular acne and scarring should be taken by the dermatologist. I suggest obtaining a dermatologist’s opinion.

Age-41yrs. From last 3 years suffering from a black patch all around my lips, specially below the lips on both sides. I had visited a doctor there who detected the problem to be Perical pig / Melasma Pg as written in the prescription. Treated me with the following medicines For the 1st month- Cetaphil gentle cleanser, Flutivate E cream alternate night and Kojic cream once in a day. Next visit I was advised to use Kojiglo cream once daily, Eukroma+Flutivate E cream on the patches twice a week. But I did not find any difference. I had informed the doctor that I cannot afford a very costly treatment, but on her assurance during my third visit I was applied Glycocil pack but yet felt no difference. Then was asked to use Dermadew Caloe lotion every day and Azideenz 10% gel once a day, this gel made my skin rough, when complained she advised me to use only Dermadew lotion day and night daily. My face is 2 to 3 shades darker than my body color. What to do now to get rid of this patch
Female | 41
Without a proper evaluation and diagnosis, I can't say. But normally, suggested treatments for perical pigmentation include topical medications and laser treatments and I do not recommend flutivate cream for pigmentation. However, based on your individual condition, the doctor will recommend the best treatment for you.

Hello I am Jawed, I am 32 years old, height is 170cm and weight is 60 KG. I had acne on my face 10 to 11 years ago, at that time I visited a doctor and they prescribed Betamethasone Injection and it was injecting in every acne on my face separately, the effects was so fast because the acne disappeared after two to three hours after injection. This treatment co tinues 2 months, one every week with that doctor, as the effects were temporary for individual acnes on face and as well the effect was fast, after that I became addicted to it and I was injecting this particular injection to my face myself and it goes for maybe more then 6 months and then I stopped it, about 2 to 3 months later after stopping it some side effects apeared to my skin, my skin (different areas such as face-lips, eyes, hands-shoulders, legs-tighs, neck, under arms, even the private parts) become puffy, itchy, red when I wake up from sleep, and ut continues for 3 to 4 hours and then disappears, this problem is from more then 9 years sometimes it disappears for months and sometimes it comes back, whenever I take anti-allergic tablets such as cetrizine it is all ok and when I stop taking it, it appears again, simetimes the effects are so strong mean specially when it take my eysles the puffy eyes are so heavy and it become normal after 24 to 36 hours. I didn't notice any particular thing that I am allergic to that in these 9 years. I will be very greatful if your advice helps me from this bad situation. King Regards
Male | 32
Dealing with skin issues can be tough. The puffy, itchy, red skin you mentioned might be contact dermatitis. This happens when your skin is irritated by something it touches. For you, it seems the long-term Betamethasone Injection use could have triggered it. To manage it, avoid triggers - certain products or fabrics that bother your skin. Moisturize daily and use a gentle face wash. If needed, over-the-counter antihistamines may ease symptoms. Visit a dermatologist if the problems persist.

Acne scarring may be frustrating for people, but a wide range of treatments exists to diminish their visibility. Consulting a dermatologist who will evaluate your skin and suggest the right treatment based on the scarring severity is essential. A dermatologist can guide you in using treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion and lasers to remove the scars.

What should I do if my nipples in my breast have small pimples in my mouth and if I press a little it comes out white?
Female | 22
You may experience tiny bumps on your nipples that discharge white fluid when pressed. This condition, known as nipple acne, is widespread and typically harmless. The white substance comprises oil and dead skin cells. To address this, maintain cleanliness and dryness of the area, wear loose-fitting garments, and avoid harsh soap products. However, if the issue persists or worsens, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist for personalized guidance.

Good day doctor. My 3 months old baby had itchy blister-like rashes on her feet and other parts of her body. Ive been using triple action cream(anti-inflammatory,fungi and bacteria) it will dry up and new ones will erupt. Dome rashes look ringworm
Female | 3 months
Your little one may have eczema. This condition causes itchy rashes that look like blisters on the skin. It is often caused by dryness; however, there could also be other triggers such as irritants in soaps used during bathing the baby among others. Use mild soap when bathing them and moisturize their skin more often than usual. To relieve itching, wrap them lightly in clothes made from light fabrics like cotton. If these signs persist after considering these measures then don’t hesitate to seek help from a pediatrician.

Hello. Roughly one month ago I purchased a home wart removal kit to remove what appeared to be a benign wart on the back of my knee. The nozzle on this device broke during use, spraying an area roughly two inches in diameter on my skin with dimethyl ether. This caused a small superficial frostbite/burn, but didn't take care of the wart so I used another kit afterwards which used a swab rather than a nozzle. After using both of these, the area blistered. This blister quickly popped and fell off on its own after just a day, leaving an area of incredibly raw and bloody skin. I applied neosporin to this area regularly and kept it clean allowing it to heal. It's been a month now and while this area isn't entirely healed, it has protective skin on it now. My issue here is the area has a blotchy dark coloration now, looking almost like bruising. This seems odd to me given that it's been a month now, should I be worried about this coloration? There is no pain at the site, though the skin there is quite thin and rough.
Male | 32
Its natural to experience discoloration in skin especially after a blister or wound has occurred. color changes during the healing process. It could be due to hyperpigmentation which is the increased production of melanin in that area. This can result in a bruise-like appearance.

I suddenly move Rajasthan here temprature 48° my full body back sunburn skin damage and full body itching and pimples redness please suggest me best cream and moisturizer for speedy recovery
Male | 26
This happens when the sun’s rays damage your skin; it makes it turn red and sometimes itch or even have bumps that look like pimples. A mild lotion containing aloe plus some moisturizer should be applied frequently to speed up treatment. For now, however, take much fluid since this will help speed up recovery too; rest in a cool place without being exposed again until things get better.

acutally i have pimples and the dark sports made by pimple so how can i reduce it and make skin glow
Female | 16
Pimples and dark spots are very common and trouble a lot of people. The oil and bacteria are responsible for the development of pimples on the skin that result in inflammation. If the acne clears, the spots will be left behind. To treat them, use a mild face wash, don't pop your pimples, and use creams that contain retinol or vitamin C. Moreover, for healthy skin wear sunscreen every day.
