I wanted to delay my periods for 3 days so I started taking premoult n tablet 1 day before the estimated period Date but the next day I got my period and still continuing the tablet What to do tp stop and delay the period

I am a female i had unprotected sex on the 27th October and got my period the next day which lasted for 3 days but then few days later i started having mild cramps on my middle stomach and sides and i took 2 birth control pills a few days later i had ovulation after from which i am experiencing frequent urination, head aches, stomach pains that come and go, as well as some constipation problems, i also started to eat a lot now. i did take a test which was negative on the 8th day after my period ended
