Yes, condoms can be used as a method of preventing the spread of HIV during that time of the month. Condoms function as the barrier that assists in reducing the probability of getting HIV. One should therefore ensure to visit a gynecologist or a specialist in sexually transmitted infections, to provide personalized advice and guidance on safe sexual behavior

I am 22 years old I am suffering from late periods ( last period date was 2/07/2024) past 2 day I have breast pain…..
Female | 22
Late periods and breast pain can be concerning but it's common and can have various reasons. Breast pain mostly occurs due to hormonal changes such as before periods. Stress, diet changes, or medications can also affect periods. Make sure to chill, eat well, and exercise. If the problem persists or gets worse you may want to see a gynecologist.

Mera na Anita hai mae 8 months pregnant hu mera phela baby c section se hua hai so dushra baby normal ho sakta hai
Female | 27
If your first baby was born through c-section, it doesn't necessarily mean your second baby must also be born the same way. A trial of labor after c-section, known as VBAC (vaginal birth after c-section), could be an option if there are no complications. It's important to discuss your options with your gynecologist to decide the safest method for you and your baby.

Hi, nice to meet you, my period is 8 days late, I'm 17, I'm not sexually active, my first period was over three years ago. I read on the internet that I shouldn't worry, since a delay of up to 45 days is considered "normal", should I go to the doctor, or is it not so urgent and I can wait a little longer?Lately it had been regular, with a difference of one or two days when my period arrived.I look forward to your reply, thank you very much in advance.
Female | 17
Sometimes, period blood may be heavier than expected and might even appear green for a short time, especially in newly menstruating teenagers. Stress, weight changes, diet, or exercise can affect your menstrual cycle. If there are no sexual activities or other concerning symptoms, it might be okay to delay medical consultation. However, if you notice sickness or other significant changes, it's important to consult a gynecologist.

I am 19 years old female my periods are delayed by 20 days and day before yesterday i got little light bleeding so i thought i got my periods but i am not bleeding normally. Can you suggest something to make the flow normal
Female | 19
It’s normal to have irregular periods at your age. This can happen because of stress, weight changes, or hormone problems. If you’re sexually active, you may also want to take a pregnancy test. Drink plenty of water, eat well, and get enough sleep. If it doesn’t stop, talk to a gynecologist.

Is it possible to get pregnant after taking unwanted 72 within 10 mins of sex? I had my periods on 17th Jan and sex on 24th Jan I took the pill within 10min to be on safe side. On 1st of fed I had my withdrawal bleeding for 5days . But its 1st March now I did not have my normal periods yet? I even took prega news test on 20th Jan it was negative please help me.
Female | 20
It's unlikely you got pregnant after taking Unwanted 72 quickly. Your period is delayed because the emergency pill can affect your cycle. Also, stress and hormone changes can delay periods. You should wait a bit longer for your period to come back normally. If you're still worried, see a gynecologist.

The hemorrhage you might have just had might be related to the recent procedures you had. Gynecological issues can be complicated to solve and thus take some time to disappear. It is a must to follow up with a gynecologist that you trust to make sure your recovery is a success.

Had sex on 11 day after period, I pill taken after 23 hours, 11 days to go their is no periods
Female | 20
It’s fine if your period is late after taking Plan B because it messes with your cycle. Some symptoms like spotting, feeling sick, or changes in the timing of your menstrual cycle are pretty normal too. Remember that stress may also cause a delay in your period so try not to worry too much about it. Everything should return to normal soon enough. If not though, then maybe think about getting a pregnancy test.

I took the right precautions during sex and now my period is supposed to come but I have been bleeding a lot lighter than usual and most days the blood is brown and I’m scared that it is implantation bleeding once I wipe with the tissue the blood is gone but I am 100% sure nothing broke or anything and I’m really scared. I also took a test and it came back negative so I’m just so confused and scared.
Female | 18
You should go to a gynecologist for a detailed examination. The implantation bleeding is typically mild and occurs a few days before the scheduled period. If you have done everything that is supposed to be done before engaging in sex, the bleeding may result from other issues such as hormonal imbalances.

How to know am I pregnant or not But I am having my periods as normal dard red
Female | 19
Periods don’t always mean you're not pregnant. You might feel tired, need to use the bathroom more often, or have sore breasts due to hormonal changes. If you're unsure, it's best to take a pregnancy test to confirm rather than guess.

If u randomly have sexual arousal fluid as a female now and again in the day time after doing no sexual activity, do you need to wash yourself to stop risk of a uti?
Female | 18
If you are a woman who at times experiences “coital fluid” just during the day without engaging in sexual activity, it is recommended that you keep decent hygiene. Cleanliness of the genital area with simple water could reduce the risk of UTI. If any of your problems or the symptoms relapse, you should consult a gynecologist for further examination and recommendation.

Female | 22
You might have a Yeast infection. Yeast infections are white discharges with itching, swelling, and irritation. A cloudy discharge can appear at times. Yeast infections are common and can easily be treated by over-the-counter anti-fungal creams or suppositories. Also, wear loose cotton underpants and bypassing soap-induced irritation, as gentle as well as mild soap, is best to prevent future infections.

I am 20 yrs old, female My problem is that I had sex in dec and I had skipped my period , my exception date was 5 jan and I m facing very sticky discharge and white discharge also (creamy). I want to know is there any possibility of getting pregnancy. If no then What is the problem?
Female | 20
It is possible that you may be pregnant, although it is difficult to determine without taking a pregnancy test. It is also possible that the discharge you are experiencing is due to a different medical condition. If you are concerned about the possibility of pregnancy, it is best to take a pregnancy test to confirm. If the test is negative but you continue to experience the discharge, it is best to speak to your doctor to rule out any underlying medical conditions.
