Hello my name is Aisha. I have a concern. I had unprotected sex on the whole 5 days on my fertilization and ovulation. Now I'm 7 days late on my period. Showing little pregnancy symptoms such as dizziness and insomnia, nausea but no vomit. I took a pregnancy text and it is still negative. February 15 was my ovulation day
Female | 23
Taking a pregnancy test is wise, but results can be inaccurate early on. Late periods happen due to stress, hormone shifts, and irregular cycles. Dizziness, sleeplessness, and nausea without vomiting also arise from hormonal changes. Wait a few more days then test again. If still concerned, consulting a gynecologist for guidance is recommended.

my stomach has stayed bloated for the past 4 days now. i felt flutter like kicks for about 3 seconds last night whilst laying down in bed. it feels full i took a pregnancy test and it came back and said on the stick “not pregnant” but i only tested once. i’m supposed to be due on my period but my periods have always been irregular. some months though have been on time most haven’t. my period did come very very early at the start of july. the last day of my period before that for example, was on 28th june and then came back for 3 days starting on 12th july. i haven’t really had extreme pain or discomfort, only slightly but i never really experience discomfort/pain when i’m supposed to be due on they’re always very minor.
Female | 21
You may be presenting symptoms of bloating and irregular periods. There are many causes for bloating, including, among other things, gas and constipation. To some people, irregular periods can be part of the norm. The fluttering you sensed may be due to muscle contractions. Talk with a gynecologist if the symptoms continue or worsen for more recommendations.

I had sex roughly 5 days after getting my period and I am not sure if the condom broke or semen might have leaked. Then I was given 8 emergency contraceptive pills the morning after. And it was my first time taking any kind of contraception. And on the 7th day which is yesterday I got my period but it's darker
Female | 24
The dark colored period could have been a result of hormonal changes brought about by the emergency contraceptive pills. It is always encouraged to see a gynaecologist for further diagnosis and consultation.

Hi so i am 25 and a female, so basically my was 9days late and now ive started spotting last night the spotting is like a pinkish/brown colour i haven’t got any pains no cramps nothing clots literally nothing. I put a pad on yesterday and even today at 4.36pm the pad is still not full but still very much light spotting. I have no extra stress and no lifestyle changes,I have taken pregnancy tests about a week ago they all showed up negative but i have been having unprotected sex with my partner over 2weeks ago now on my ovulation dates but not on my highest chance of pregnancy ovulation date. Also have been experiencing bloating whenever i eat anything even the smallest amount of food i feel extremely full and cannot get comfortable at all when laying down.
Female | 25
Various factors cause spotting - it may be hormonal imbalances or the condition of early pregnancy - and may also be the case even if the tests are negative. A bloated and full stomach after a meal might be a sign and symptom of digestive issues or tension. While this often feels doable, it can sometimes result from stress or digestive problems you may not have noticed. It is a good sign that you are not feeling the great discomfort. Keep an eye on your symptoms, and if the bleeding does not stop or you have more concerns, a visit to a gynecologist might be necessary for the best advice and to reassure you.

My name is Harshitha age 30 years.i used to get my period every 28 or 30 days regularly this month I got with in 23 days and the bleeding is very less only 2 drops I am worried what it is
Female | 30
An earlier period could stem from stress, hormonal fluctuations, or even pregnancy. Very light bleeding may also relate to hormonal shifts. My suggestion would be to keep an eye on your next period, and if this pattern continues, consider checking in with a gynecologist for personalized guidance.

Am 22 unmarried is bar mujy period howy ha mera blood brown rha ha why but no symptoms pain only brown blood
Female | 22
A brown period can indicate it is old blood that has been in the body for some time before it came out of the system. It's a normal phenomenon and not something to be overly concerned about. Some women experience mild pain as a natural occurrence with periods. Drink lots of fluids, eat healthy, and get sufficient sleep. If this problem persists for several cycles or if you have some anxiety, consulting a gynecologist is the best option.

How accurate is urine pregnancy test 15 days after intercourse and I am 4 days away from expected period date
Female | 25
Urine pregnancy tests are generally quite reliable, especially 15 days post-intercourse, as they detect the hormone hCG produced after conception. At this stage, most women will experience early signs such as missed periods, breast tenderness, or nausea. While a positive result is encouraging, a negative test doesn't rule out pregnancy entirely. If you have doubts or experience unusual symptoms, it's advisable to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and peace of mind. Remember, timely and professional guidance is key to your health and well-being.

Sometimes your period comes late. That's normal. Stress, routine changes, or birth control pills can cause delays. Wait a week after your missed period. Then, take a pregnancy test. If it's negative and no period, visit a gynecologist.

Not conceived pregnancy and irregular periods
Female | 26
If YOU are not conceiving and have irregular periods,, it may be due to various reasons.. Stress, weight, thyroid issues,, PCOS, and more can cause these symptoms.. Consult your doctor to diagnose the problem, and don't worry;; many women face this issue.. Making lifestyle changes, taking medications,, or undergoing treatments can improve your chances of getting pregnant.. Remember to stay positive and take care of yourself during this process..
But for that diagnose the root cause is more important. for example if it is due to PCOS then doctor may prescribe you medication, stem cell therapy, balnced diet etc. For stress related issue doctor might ask you to change lifestyle, not to consuming alcohol or such substances.

Please opine how to proceed regarding the following Gyencologist MRI with Gadolinium report: Technique: MRI pelvis with IV contrast. Comparison: No previous similar study. Findings: The uterus is enlarged and retroverted, measuring 9.3 x 9 x 8.3 cm. there are 3 subserosal pedunculated fibroids, the largest arising from the anterior fundal region measuring 5.6 x 6.2 x 7.2 cm, the second lesion seen arising from the left lower uterine/cervix junction measuring 5.5 x 4.5 x 4 cm and the third fibroid seen at the right lower uterine/cervix junction measuring 4.7 x 2.5 x 2.3 cm. There are multiple intramural fibroids, around 6 lesions, the largest seen at the left fundal region measuring 2.7 x 2.7 x 2.7 cm and the second largest lesion seen at the right fundal region measuring 3 x 2.7 x 3.4 cm. These fibroids demonstrate low T2 signal intensity without diffusion restriction. Postcontrast demonstrate hypoenhancement relative to the myometrium. The endometrium measuring 0.8 cm in thickness and junctional zone measuring 0.7 cm in thickness. There is posterior fundal illdefined focal subserosal lesion measuring 4.4 x 2.8 x 2.8 cm with an illdefined margins and intermediate low T2 signal intensity in addition to internal subcentimeter tiny foci of T2 hyperintensities could represent adenomyoma. Both ovaries are unremarkable and containing a few follicles. No ascites or enlarged lymph nodes. The rectosigmoid junction is compressed by the enlarged uterus. Trace pelvic free fluid noted, likely physiologic. Urinary bladder is moderately compressed anteriorly.
Female | 47
Depending on the MRI with Gadolinium result, the patient seems to have a uterus overgrown with numerous fibroids. The fundal anterior area has the biggest fibroid. Intramural fibroids are also present. These fibroids show hypointense T2 signal intensity and hypovascularity on post-contrast images. Please visit a gynecologist for a proper evaluation of your reports

I had unprotected sex (40 days) no periods 20 days pregnancy test is negative
Female | 18
If you've missed your period and got a negative test after having unprotected sex, it may be a hormone imbalance or stress is the reason. The historically held view is that one can get pregnant only through fibrous tissue. When you become stressed or uneasy, your hormones become imbalanced. This can lead to missed periods. To establish the root of the problem, give it time to sink in and then check for a new pregnancy test or go to the gynecologist for a checkup.

White vaginal discharge with blood
Female | 21
Vaginal discharge with whitish color and tiny blood specks may raise some worries. This can occur because of hormone shifts within your body, or due to an infection. Cervical inflammation and small tears are other potential reasons. The wisest action is to visit a gynecologist, who can determine the exact cause and prescribe appropriate treatment.

I had sex 2 months back with protection I didn't get periods yet I have irregular periods from beginning I took urine test it's negative am I pregnant
Female | 23
Periods can act unpredictably sometimes, which is completely normal. Even if you had safe sex and the urine test was negative, there's still a tiny chance of pregnancy. Stress can also delay periods. If you're still worried, you could take another test in a week or two. If concerns persist, chat with a gynecologist for personalized advice.

My baby has been born still birth last week through normal delivery with genetic abnormalities. So when should I plan for next pregnancy to get a healthy baby?
Female | 24
You must allow your body and soul the time necessary to heal and get back to normal. Doctors often tell women to wait 18-24 months after they're done with the first baby to lower the chances of complications in the second pregnancy. At this point, your body has a chance to recover fully. Make sure you are in good health and see your gynecologist regularly so that when you decide to have another child.
