These symptoms may occur due to different things such as allergies, eczema, or fungal infections. For itchy hands with redness, it is important to keep the hands clean and moisturized. You can also use gentle soaps and apply soothing lotion. For the face, dark spots can appear less noticeable by using mild exfoliants and moisturizers. Additionally, do not forget to shield your skin from the sun so as not to worsen any damage already done.

How do I get rid of purple stretch marks on bum.
Female | 14
Stretch marks on the bum are pretty normal. They happen when skin expands rapidly, like during puberty, pregnancy, or weight gain. Basically, the marks form when deeper layers tear. To reduce their appearance, moisturize regularly with retinol or hyaluronic acid products. Proper nutrition and hydration can lend a hand too. Keep in mind, fading takes time, so stick with the routine patiently. The marks look purple at first, but gradually lighten over months.

I am 18 years old l have used many medicines for acne but haven't changed what should I do?
Female | 18
Acne occurs when the pores get clogged with oil and bacteria. Having a bunch of medications and no benefits can be a terrible thing. It is crucial to keep in mind that everyone's skin is unique. Often an easy skincare program using mild products is the right route. Eliminate harsh chemicals and see a dermatologist to provide you with individualized recommendations.

I am a boy and I am 22 years old. I have a lot of itching under and around my penis. More this summer. Been using Ringguard for a long time. When I use the ointment it goes away. If left out it itches again. Tell me how to get rid of it
Male | 22
You may have jock itch, a fungal infection. Itching around the penis is a symptom. It grows in warm, moist areas, so summer can cause it. Ringguard helps, but it may return. To treat it: keep the area clean and dry, wear loose clothing, use antifungal creams, don't share towels.

A random pink lump adjacent to the pubic area could be an ingrown hair or a cyst. It would be wise to have it checked out by a dermatologist or a gynecologist to rule out any other disorders.

What can i use for a constant itch down there? Not internal. 2 spesific spots on both sides that itch like crazy
Female | 32
When skin contacts an irritating substance, it can develop a condition known as contact dermatitis. This leads to itching and discomfort. Perfumed soaps, detergents, or fabrics often trigger this reaction. To alleviate the itching, use unscented, mild cleansers on the affected area. Wear loose-fitting cotton undergarments too. However, if the itching persists despite these measures, consulting a dermatologist becomes necessary for proper evaluation and management.

Lump in left side of neck that is tender when pressed on. Been there for 3 weeks. Last 3 to 4 days whole of neck that side and collar bone the same side have been hurting as well.
Female | 20
This happens when your body fights infection. Inflammation is indicated by the tenderness and pain. The pain moving to the collarbone could mean that the infection is spreading. It is important to get checked by a dermatologist so that they can find out what exactly is causing it. They might prescribe antibiotics if it’s because of an infection.

I am 26 year old male. my A painful rash and redness on the underside of in my penis or the head of my penis can signal a yeast infection. plz suggest on best cream and treatment.
Male | 26
You're probably dealing with a yeast infection on your penis. Yeast infections can lead to raggedness, rash, and discomfort. They occur when there is an excess of yeast formation in the body. For treatment, you may utilize an antifungal cream meant for yeast infections. Clean and dry the affected area and avoid using products with a strong scent. If the symptoms continue, get additional medical help from a dermatologist.

The text in the image appears to be a screenshot of a question submitted to a telemedicine platform. The question reads: * I am a 23 year old male and I'm having rashes on my penis my body and my balls for past two weeks. I have taken an infection injection three weeks ago but haven't gotten any relief. What should I do now?
Male | 23
Rashes on your penis, body, and balls could be a result of infections, allergies, or just irritation by soaps or fabrics. It is therefore essential to visit a dermatologist who will identify the problem. After that, they can give you medication that will help clear them. Remain hopeful- with proper care everything will be alright.

Your scalp problem could be a medical issue that requires medical treatment. I recommend you should pay a visit to a dermatologist, who is a skin expert. I am 23 years old and I did a breast surgery on 17th of march 2024 for removal of lump. The wound is yet to heal now. Few days after the surgery i noticed leakages from the stitches so i went back to the doctor then he stitched it again whivh made the healing process very slow. What can I do to heal the opened wound on my right breast? I find it difficult to bathe. I was prescribed ciprotab by the doctor and vitamin c (but I got the coloured ones instead) or should I have been using the white one? I already stopped the ciprotab
Female | 23
To help the wound heal, ensure that you keep it clean and dry, wash the area gently with some mild soap and water then dry. Any rough movements which might disrupt the stitches should be avoided. Consult with Your Doctor on the right type of vitamin C use, usually white because colored ones could have added ingredients. Should there be signs like increased pain, redness, swelling, or pus, then do seek medical Help immediately as this could mean infection.

Can hair loss at crown be treated effectively?
Male | 29
Hair loss in the crown area, often called a bald spot, is usually hereditary. Yes, it runs in the family! Other factors like stress, poor diet, and certain illnesses can also contribute. DHT blockers like Propecia (finasteride) and minoxidil (Rogaine) may slow hair loss in men. It's always best to consult a dermatologist for advice.

I have acne issue i was on medication azikem i took one month dose now mu dermatologist has suggested me to take accutane for 4 months, i dont want to take accutance what should i do can i have azikem for a month again because that safe than taking accutane for months
Female | 19
It's hard to get rid of acne, but Accutane can treat the serious cases. Azikem and Accutane have different mechanisms of action. Azikem targets the bacteria causing acne, while Accutane works by decreasing oil production. If your dermatologist recommends you take Accutane, they believe it is the best course of action for you. Their qualifications and experience should be your guiding principles in this matter if you want to have the best results.

I'm having bumps of clogged pores. Face became rough with tiny little bumps all over face. cheeks became swollen in small round like shape on both sides. Skin is sensitive to sun. skin gets dark easily when exposed to sun (using purito daily go to sunscreen). Uneven skin tone, sometimes dry and sometimes oily. Dry rough patches on chin and sometimes it peels off. Also having milky color on some parts of my face. I used to use a herbal way to get rid of it. It comes and goes. I want to lighten up my skin tone and have a glass, tight and flawless bright skin. Also, I'm having severe hairfall. My hair was straight and had low to medium porosity. For past 5 years, my hair completely changed and damaged. Upper part of hair is extremely high porosity. Became curl, dry, damaged and fluffy and plastic type while the inner portion is almost straight and medium porosity. What should I do?
Female | 22
It sounds like you might be dealing with a combination of skin issues, such as acne, sensitivity, and possibly melasma, along with hair problems. I recommend visiting a dermatologist, who can examine your skin and hair in detail. They will be able to guide you with proper treatments, including products for sensitive skin and hair care routines. It's important to avoid self-treatment and get a personalized plan from a specialist.
