Sometimes having two periods in one month could be because of a change in hormones or maybe stress. It does not necessarily mean you are pregnant even though if you are sexually active there is a possibility thus pregnancy may not always cause it. Signs of being pregnant also include feeling sick in the mornings, tender breasts, and being tired most of the time. The best way to be sure is by taking a test or going to see a gynecologist.
