This may be as a result of several factors. A popular cause may be a stomach bug or food poisoning. These can upset the stomach and therefore make the person vomit. Give her water to drink little by little and if she feels better, she can try bland foods like toast and crackers which will help her stomach. If she still vomits, she might need to go to see a gastroenterologist quickly to check if everything is fine with her.

In this case, you feel like you need to go but can't poop. It may occur if you do not eat enough fiber, drink water, or exercise. First try to eat more fruits and veggies, drink water, and get out more. However, if it doesn't improve, visit a gastroenterologist.

I am 28years old, female and I am hepB carrier. My dad has undergone liver transplant surgery due to liver cirrhosis and tumour. I checked my HBVDNA and it's quite high in level (in crores) and I have consulted a doctor and he advised me to take antiviral drugs(Tafero800mg-OD) as a preventive measures since my dad suffered from liver cancer. I have taken this medicine for more than 4month and it doesn't bring changes in Dna level counts. So I discontinued my treatment. My all blood reports as well as USG and liver fibroscan is normal but my HbvDna level is still up. My dad has been taking tab.entaliv 0.5mg and it helps my dad's level to come down drastically. Please do prescribed me the best and most effective medicine,Thank you.

• Hepatitis B carriers are persons who carry the hepatitis B virus in their blood but do not experience symptoms. Between 6% and 10% of persons infected with the virus will become carriers and will be able to infect others without knowing it.
• A considerable proportion of chronic hepatitis B (HBV) patients are in the inactive carrier state, which is characterised by normal transaminase levels, limited viral replication, and little liver necroinflammatory activity. After at least one year of frequent monitoring, a diagnosis is made, and lifelong follow-up is required to ensure that this status is maintained.
• In case there is no improvement in HBVDNA levels, consult your expert but do not stop the medication on your own.
• Drugs prescribed such as Tafero (tenofovir) acts by ceasing the production of new viruses, blocks or slows viral proliferation in human cells, and eliminates the infection and also boost the level of CD4 cells (white blood cells that fight infection) in your blood. Entaliv (entecavir) acts by inhibiting the viral replications processes like reverse transcription, DNA replication and transcription.
• Seek the advice of a hepatologist so that your treatment may be adjusted according to your specific needs and preferences.

I am suffering from constipation from many years But now some blood is came when for bath I fee some pain like burning sensation ,inflammation Now m worry is that cancer Accutally since 2020 i went to hostel Hostel food is not good I always suffering from constipation there
Male | 26
Chronic constipation can lead to issues such as hemorrhoids or anal fissures, which may explain your symptoms. Poor diet and insufficient hydration in hostel settings often contribute to digestive problems. To help ease your worries, please focus on increasing fiber intake through fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, and make sure to drink plenty of water. Gentle exercise can also help. However, given the presence of blood and pain, it's essential to consult a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation to ensure appropriate care and peace of mind. Your health is important, and seeking help is a positive step.

Pregnancy can cause hormonal changes that may contribute to severe constipation, especially when combined with anemia. The feelings of fullness and lower abdominal discomfort indicate the need for further evaluation. While you’ve tried several methods, it’s crucial to consult your gynecologist for tailored treatment options. They may suggest changes in medication or additional tests to rule out other issues. In the meantime, gentle movements, warm baths, and a balanced diet can help alleviate some discomfort.

It sounds like you are experiencing persistent vomiting following your menstrual cycle, which could be related to various factors, such as hormonal changes, stress, or even gastrointestinal issues. Staying hydrated is crucial, so drink clear fluids like water or herbal teas. Eating small, bland meals may also help. If symptoms continue, it’s important to consult with a gastroenterologist to rule out any underlying conditions and receive appropriate treatment.

I am having constipation from a long time . Within 4 or 5 days it breaks into lose motion for few hours but again constipation remains for the few days . The same routine is going from many days . I went to govt hospital twice but they didn't listen full and suggest medicine along with injections and that worsened it.
Male | 27
You may be suffering from what is called alternating constipation and diarrhea. It stems from different factors like diet, stress, or some deeper hormonal condition. The signs of this illness are sometimes the lack of bowel movements, which is bloating in addition to stomach aches and diarrhea. To ward off this problem, you need to consume roughage in the diet, and stay hydrated by taking at least eight glassfuls of water a day, as well as working towards eliminating stress. If the situation does not improve, you should talk to a gastroenterologist who will make the diagnosis.

I am 27 Yr old male I m feeling stomach burning from past 15 days
Male | 27
Stomach burning could be due to a couple of reasons. One might think that the burning sensation in the stomach is caused by hot foods or stress from being one of two but acid reflux can also be the reason. There are other symptoms present like bloating or chest pain. To overcome this, take only small meals and cut off spicy or acidic foods. Another thing, do not eat just before going to bed. If it is a serious condition, you could get a gastroenterologist's consultation.

You are worrying about the heartbeat-like vibes in your stomach. There could be a couple of things causing this. Gas could be making noise through your intestines, it can be something else similar to a heartbeat. One of the culprits might be the quick consumption of food or a certain food you're eating. Eat slowly and exclude them from your diet. Moreover, try to keep yourself hydrated. If you see no improvement and the symptoms last, please consult a gastroenterologist.

Recently I done my gall bladder operation after that I'm suffering from weird water thaili & that can't stop yet doctor said I used to stent for it what should I do know I'm very confused please guide me
Male | 64
This may be bile duct stenosis where your bile duct gets narrowed. When this happens, it can block up and cause those symptoms you’re feeling. The kind of stent the doctor was talking about is a tiny tube placed in there to keep that passage open. You must follow everything he says about this and any other treatments they give you. Keep in touch with your doctor so that they can help manage things properly for you.

I am 15 years old girl. I took norix1 pill today at 5:05 pm but vomited at 08:03. Do I need to take another pill now?
Female | 15
If the drug has been thrown up within a few hours of its intake, it might not have been fully absorbed into your system. Under such circumstances, it is generally advised to see a doctor to find out if you need to take another dose. One should be very careful as it is risky to take an extra dose of the drug without the proper instructions. You should also note down any other symptoms that might be associated and, when you visit the physician, get the time-appropriate advice.

You've made a mistake - took 2 Agna 25000 tablets instead of 1. This is dangerous. Taking too much can cause side effects like stomach pain, nausea, and dizziness. Since Agna 25000 treats pancreatitis, overdosing can harm you. Contact a gastroenterologist or go to the hospital right away. They'll guide you on what to do next.

Dicyclomine is often used to relieve stomach cramps and intestinal issues like irritable bowel syndrome. With a longer supply, you won’t need to worry about running out of your medication too soon. This should help you manage your symptoms better and ensure a steady supply. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact your gastroenterologist.
