Fluid in Endometrial Canal: Causes and Management
Mild fluid noted within endometrial cannel
Gynecologist/Obstetrician
Answered on 2nd Aug '24
A small fluid build-up in the endometrial canal might stem from hormones or growths called polyps. Irregular periods or pelvic pain could signal this condition. Ultrasound imaging helps pinpoint the underlying cause. Treatment options vary based on the specific issue identified. Maybe your gynecologist prescribes hormonal medication or a minor procedure to address the problem.

How can I calculate my ovulation, when cycle length varies
Female | 27
Keep track of your menstrual cycle for a few months. This will help to determine how many days you ovulate - when cycle length varies. Hence, you learn how to estimate the average length of your cycle and calculate the period of ovulation. For further details or help, it is advisable to consult with a gynecologist or fertility specialist.

I had sex with my boyfriend then Insert implanon now my stomach is growing bigger also I'm having some pregnancy symptoms but pregnancy test is negative I don't know what's going on my stomach also have linea nigra
Female | 18
It seems you have a growing belly, signs that resemble pregnancy, and a line called linea nigra. While concerning, a negative test suggests the cause differs. Implanon birth control may be behind the hormone shifts mimicking pregnancy's effects. Consulting a gynecologist would provide clarity on this situation.

I’m a 18 year old female. I had sex 3 days ago, not my first time, I bled a little but I’m still bleeding lightly even after 2 days. It’s light blood mixed with my own clear vaginal discharge. No bad smell.
Female | 18
It is not uncommon at all if some women start bleeding a little during or after sex, especially if it is not their first time. The presence of light blood combined with transparent mucus may indicate that your vagina has a small cut or is irritated. This is normal, so do not worry; wait for a few days until everything heals. However, if the bleeding does not stop or becomes heavier, you should see a gynecologist as soon as possible.

I am writing on behalf of my wife who is also the patient. She is going through a lot of mood swings and we have searched a lot on the internet about it. Lately we have realised that the symptoms correspond to a strong case of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. I wanted to know the remedy, the natural ones that can we can employ for mood swings to be less painful.
Female | 26
Your wife's mood swings are a concern. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder involves severe mood and physical issues before periods. This means sadness, anxiety, irritability - feelings that disrupt daily life. To help naturally, try exercising regularly, eating well, reduce stress through deep breaths or meditation. Sleep and routine are vital too. However, if symptoms seriously impact her day-to-day, consulting a gynecologist is advisable for further assistance.

I had my last period in January 2024 And i had too much of white discharge happened after my periods ended Before 2 months i had one sonography my gyno said my pcod is ended And i m sexually active i had intercourse in January after my periods ended with protection! And its been 10 days my period isn't coming i tested with urine test it was negative is there any chances of pregnancy??
Female | 20
Due to protected sex and a negative test, pregnancy seems improbable for you. Stress or hormonal shifts often cause missed periods. The white discharge may be normal or indicate infection. If your period persists in absence, consulting your gynecologist would be advisable.

i am 21 years old female. i have been getting my periods since December, its February right now, its on and off, for 2 weeks in January i got heavy periods and since then i have been getting spotting on the pads. i met with a gyn and she gave me a medicine called norethindrone acetate, and gave me dosage accordingly, and diagnosed me with PCOD. i haven't been taking the medicine cause I'm not sure if i should. i am also afraid if it has anything to do with pregnancy, i have taken UPTs thrice and they were all negative and my last intercourse was in November. however i have extreme lower back pain and i experience tiredness. i just want answers to whether it is pregnancy given the lower back pain and the spotting for so long? if its not that then can i take the medicine prescribed and it wont be an issue and i wont have any extreme side effects.
Female | 21
Based on your symptoms, it is improbable that you are pregnant because you have taken three negative UPTs and your last intercourse was in November. Your period time may be different because of PCOD. That's why your gynecologist diagnosed you with PCOD. As long as you take the drug recommended by your gynecologist, norethindrone acetate, according to the dose and monitoring for adverse effects, it is ok. But, if the backaches and tiredness continue, then consult your gynecologist again

My last period was on 13 th January and now my periods are late by 4 days in between there was some sexual intercourse. I have taken a pregnancy test today and it was negative. I haven’t got my periods. What should I do next.
Female | 22
Consult a gynecologist for evaluation. Sometimes pregnancy tests can give false negatives if taken too early. And there can be other reasons too for a delayed period, like hormonal changes or stress.

My vagina inside ring cylinderical form white color sometimes pink color am unmarried what is this mein nay mobile say deaka ha my vagina inside there is something
Female | 23
You may be talking about the vaginal canal or cervix to the doctor. The white or pink hue could be due to discharge or inflammation. The more common causes are infections such as yeast or bacterial vaginosis. Unless you are sick with something that can cause these symptoms, you should visit a gynecologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

I have done a pregnancy test BETA HCG and result was 30187.00 what is this means
Female | 28
A Beta HCG blood test measures the levels of the hormone produced by the placenta during pregnancy. It likely indicates that you are pregnant and that the pregnancy is probably progressing as expected. Discuss the results with your gynecologist for more information and recommendations.

Im 23weeks pregnant and have bleeding piles, will it harm my baby? Started bleedin yesterday, light to mild bleeding
Female | 33
Hemorrhoids, or bleeding piles, are inflamed blood vessels in the rectal area that can ooze out blood when they are aggravated. This bleeding is usually not dangerous for your baby. To help manage the symptoms, you can try using over-the-counter creams, eating high-fiber foods, and staying hydrated. If the bleeding continues or worsens, you should communicate with gynecologist for additional assistance.

I'm 23 years old i have vaginal burning sensations
Female | 23
You may be experiencing some vaginal burning, which can be rather uncomfortable. This sensation is often caused by infections, irritants or allergens. There are times when scented products or tight clothes are also the culprits behind such feelings. To relieve it, you should wear loose clothing and avoid using scented items on your body while keeping the area dry and clean. If the problem persists then you should seek medical help from a gynecologist.

I last had sexual intercourse on the 20th of october and I was supposed to get my period on the 22nd to 25th of October according to my period tracker and today is the 28th what are the chances that I may be pregnant? Because I've been feeling nauseous, had a running stomach, had constipation and been feeling sleepy and frown for no reason. So since it's just been a week after I last had intercourse could I be pregnant or my period is still coming?
Female | 24
While these symptoms could stem from various factors like stress, hormonal changes, or potential pregnancy, stress is often a common cause. Since it's only been a week since your last intercourse, it might be too soon to confirm a pregnancy. Sometimes, the body can mimic pregnancy symptoms for other reasons. I suggest that if your period doesn’t arrive in a few days, consider taking a home pregnancy test for peace of mind. Also, please remember to dispose of any test waste properly. If your symptoms worsen, it’s always best to consult a gynecologist for further assistance.

actually next month i use abortion kit and second day periods start but next month before periods brown spoting one time bt periods not come what is the reasn
Female | 29
Encountering unpredictable bleeding after utilizing an abortion kit seems to be your situation. Hormonal fluctuations can lead to brown spotting before menstrual cycles. In certain instances, the body requires an adjustment period following such a procedure. Factors like stress, weight fluctuations, or underlying health conditions could also contribute to irregular periods. It's crucial to closely monitor your symptoms and seek medical guidance if the issue persists or escalates.

Stress, changes in weight, hormone imbalances, or even certain medical conditions can cause this. Make sure to keep an eye on your menstrual cycle, make sure that you're drinking enough water, eat healthily, and handle stress. My mother have a urine problem, have to pee Avery hour.we got some tests done and we also got her thyroid checked? The doctor has said that the Uterus has shifted so there is a 1% chance of getting the operation done, so start the medicine...so please tell me what to do. I can send you reports
Female | 47
The uterus moving may press her bladder, causing this. The gynecologist gave medicine as surgery is a small chance. She should take the prescribed drugs as instructed. This may ease symptoms. Follow treatment fully. Keep updating the doctor about any changes or worries.

I am 31 and I am 40 days pregnant. I am working in a school as a teacher. Is it safe to continue my job? I need to climb up the stairs in working hours. Is there any harm? Please suggest
Female | 31
At 40 days, the unborn baby is still small but securely growing in the womb. It's important to reduce stress on your body during this stage. Climbing stairs is fine as long as you don't feel dizzy, tired, or experience any pain. Listen to your body and take it easy. If you have any concerns or unusual symptoms, talk to your gynecologist.

I recently had sex 6 days before my ovulating day, a day before my fertile window. I took a take action pill the day after having sex the earliest i could. I took it at about 9 A.M. fast forward the day after ovulation, I got up and woke up like normal and once I stood up I had dark-red kind of watery blood. At first i thought it was my period, but its watery and my periods are usually thicker and last about 5-7 days. I am still lightly bleeding now, still a dark-red watery-like blood the day after and im wondering if im pregnant or if im just paranoid. I also had cramping, like i usuallt do on my periods. I searched it up and it also said i could just be on my period, and because of the pill, it makes your period lighter/thicker, shorter, etc. Please help.
Female | 16
Emergency contraceptive pills, like the one you took.. can cause changes in the menstrual cycle including lighter or irregular bleeding. The bleeding you are experiencing could be due to the pill or your regular period. It's important to take a pregnancy test if you have concerns about pregnancy.

Why am I having vaginal spotting with a negative pregnancy
Female | 30
Women sometimes get spotting from the vagina when not pregnant. There are lots of possible reasons - hormones changing, feeling stressed, or a minor infection. If no pain and not too much blood, it's likely okay. Stay calm, drink water, and eat good food. But if it keeps happening or worries you, it's wise to talk to a gynecologist to be sure everything's fine.
