Will Herperax 800 Affect My Kidneys at GFR 58?
My GFR rate is 58. 73 years old. I was prescribed Herperax 800 for 5 days 4 tablets each. Whether the kidney would have been affected and if so, how long will it take to recover to original position
General Physician
Answered on 23rd Sept '24
A GFR level of 58 indicates that you are in Stage 3 kidney disease. Herperax 800 has kidney side effects. Kidney problems may be indicated by the urine output changes and the swelling. To help your kidneys recover, drink plenty of water, avoid medications that harm your kidneys, and follow up with your doctor for monitoring. It can take time for the kidneys to improve, but following these steps can help.

hi , what treatment to relieve my dad’s symptom who severe chronic kidney who have symptom blister itch and burst ?
Male | 56
Your dad has tough skin issues; those itchy blisters bursting constantly. It happens when kidneys don't work right, common in severe chronic kidney disease. Poorly functioning kidneys cause such symptoms. To ease the itch and prevent new blisters, keeping skin clean and moisturized is key. Use gentle, fragrance-free soaps, and apply soothing creams. If symptoms persist or worsen, see a nephrologist for evaluation and treatment options.

I am having hematuria since last night. Iam diagnosed with kidney stone last year.is hematuria due to kidney stone. But I'm not experiencing any pain
Female | 20
Hematuria, or blood in the urine, can be concerning. One likely reason is a kidney issue. Even without symptoms, it’s important to find the cause. The three main reasons are infection, a moving stone, or injury. Diagnosis is usually made through tests by a healthcare provider. Treatment varies and can include increased water intake and medications. Talking to a nephrologist is best to understand what’s happening in the body.

According to the information, you underwent some medical tests and the feedback indicated a slightly higher creatinine level and a high urea nitrogen content. These are mechanisms that are directly related to kidney function. Symptoms can include feeling tired, swelling, and stenosis. Diarrhea, urine smell, and hair loss are some of the side effects of whey protein can cause too. The causes can be dehydration, certain medications, or kidney issues. The amount of urine that comes out from my body has increased over a week.
Female | 23
Noticing a drastic change in the output of urine by the body is quite essential. It could imply multiple things. Sometimes the intake of liquids and specific foods will make you pass out more waste from your body. However, if these alterations occur without any clear explanation and are accompanied by frequent thirst, it means that you should visit a nephrologist as soon as possible because it might be an indication of an illness such as diabetes or kidney disease.

The biopsy results can be interpreted that you may have some changes in your kidneys. The findings suggest that there is a thickening in the walls of some blood vessels and areas of fibrosis. These alterations can be attributed to a condition called xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis. This condition is mostly caused by a severe kidney infection. Proper treatment may involve the use of antibiotics and close monitoring of a nephrologist to manage the condition.

The left side and lower back pain you are feeling could be linked to infections. Occasionally, these infections develop resistance and need more care. It's essential to drink a sufficient amount of fluids and rest, as well as keep seeing your nephrologist to ensure everything is fine and to determine if a change of treatment is needed.

My wife is on dialysis since dec 23,She is regular on dialysis machne thrice a week. She is not well all the time but she has to rush in emergency for treatment like vomits episodes of 20-30 any day;I want to seek that she is hardly in normal health. Will it possible to get fully fit, can she be away from high b. P. Will she be transplanted kidney.
Female | 56
The purpose of dialysis is to substitute the function of the kidneys when they fail to perform their job properly. Nausea and vomiting could be due to her current state of health. To boost her health, besides the medical team's directives, taking medications regularly, and eating a balanced diet are also necessary. A kidney transplant might be a possible alternative in the future, but it is the best option for her doctor to make the decision.

Kindney stone 3.6 mm Please tell me about description
Male | 30
A stone of 3.6 mm in size is akin to having a mini boulder in the kidney. Sometimes, they can even make you feel pain in the areas of your belly, side, or back. The rock-like substances can be caused by dehydration and certain foods. Drinking a lot of water will aid in the process of passing the stone. If it's too large, a doctor may help crush it into smaller pieces or take it out.

Urine culture albumin-p resent in tracces,,,,ka matlab
Female | 33
If your urine has trace amounts of albumin, it means a small amount of protein got into it. This might show your kidneys have trouble or infection. It could cause swelling, frothy pee, or feeling tired. Make sure to drink lots of water, eat healthy, and skip salty foods. But if this goes on, you should see a nephrologist so they can check it out and treat you right.

The test report shows that your right kidney is good. But the left kidney has a bit of trouble. Some damage is there in the outer part of the left kidney. You may not have any problems right now. But you should look for pain or change in urine. To help your left kidney, you should drink lots of water. You should also talk to a nephrologist for more advice soon.

Female | 39
Your wife is likely to be getting symptoms such as fatigue, swelling, and trouble breathing if the creatinine level is 6.4. This could be from Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), which is when the kidneys get damaged. To help manage this, she needs to follow a low-salt diet, take the prescribed medications, and possibly undergo dialysis. It's vital to ensure that her condition is stable by doing regular check-ups.

Your kidneys are having trouble. A creatinine level of 7.54 is too high. This means they aren't functioning properly. You may feel tired, puffy, or notice changes in how you pee. It could be kidney disease or another health issue causing this. You need to see a nephrologist right away. They'll likely prescribe medicine, recommend diet adjustments, or suggest dialysis.

Male | 24
The function of the kidneys worsens when you eat large amounts of protein, and the kidney problems become more severe. The extremely high rates of creatine supplements can make the kidneys unable to function properly. Before you start any regimen, consult with your doctor to figure out the best approach that is right for your body.

I am a 64 year old female who was diagnosed with IGA nephropathy in 1992. I am now Stage 4. My creatinine hovers around 2.38 and my GFR is 23. I do not have protein spillage or blood in my urine. I have lost 124 lbs over the last 12 months with the assistance of Zepbound? Please help me understand what is causing my Creatinine to continue to rise? Could the Zepbound be causing this? I eat 1200 calories a day and stay within my sodium and potassium goals. I run 3 miles a day. But my kidneys are continuing to worsen. Please help me understand what else I can do. What is causing my creatinine to continue to rise? Should I get another kidney biopsy since my last biopsy was 32 years ago? Thank you so much for your help.
Female | 64
Considering your circumstance with IGA nephropathy, it is usual that creatinine levels may increase as kidney functions get worse. Also, rapid weight loss may affect kidney function. It is good that you are committed to eating right and exercising, but running 3 miles every day could strain your kidneys more. You should talk about these worries with a nephrologist. A further kidney biopsy might be able to tell what is happening to your kidneys now.
