I need some help not sure what to do. Not so long ago I noticed some wierd looking lines on my lower back, I figured it might be from the seats at school as they have pretty sharp wooden supports that when leaned on might make dents like that. But it has been a couple of weeks and these marks are not going away. Not I'm not so sure if it is the seats cause that would normally be gone In a couple days. If I could compare it to anything they are horizontal lines some longer some shorter, a couple of them and (it might sound a little bizarre) but they look somewhat like stab wound scars or something similar, atlast from my point of view.

Avoid using thick greasy moisturizers or cream on the face. Use only creams that are gel based or water based. Drink plenty of water, avoid fat or cheesy diet, exercise 10-15 mins of the day. Topical steroids have to be avoided. Topical antibiotics like Clindamycin are useful. Oral Antibiotics or retinoids are advised. Even some patients require peeling sessions. A proper consultation with dermatologist is more helpful.
