Why am I feeling nauseous, with breast pain & bloating?

My last period cycle was on May 10 into the 13 by then I had sex again into the 24 on the next day I felt nausea and also not feeling good , i have my breast hurting and also not feeling well this days my down part it’s feeling hard and my belly shows like it’s pregnant .

Feeling sick, tenderness in the breast area, and the lower part of your stomach feeling hard are all signs women have during early pregnancy.
