Persistent Right Eye Twitching for Over a Week

I had an eye stroke on the 11th December and they told me that I have a died vein in my eye and there is a blood stuck in the vein that won't move, I was wondering if you guys have any treatments instead of medicines because in the uk they only prescribe me medications and not medical treatments like operations etc i need urgent help and please do reply if you have anything to help me .

I am suffering from eye itching and burning sensation in and around eye. It usually happen with me every summer when dry air flows. The symptom resonates with allergic conjuctivitis. I have experienced shaky vision in the top as well the left corner of my left eye. This has happened 4 times so far in a span of 6 months. the most recent being yesterday (11/18/2023). it starts of with a dark/ blind spot in the centre of my eye/ vision so I can see like the peripheries of stuff but not the middle. Kind of like when you stare at the sun or a bulb then you get a dark spot in your vision for a bit. this then transitions into shaky vision in the top and left hand corner of my left eye only. the best way I can describe it is like when you look at the ground on a hot day or the sand in a desert when heat is rising so things look all wavy. that's what it looks like. then this lasts for 10-15 minutes then it goes away. please note that I never have headaches or migraines ever during these episodes. do you have an idea of what this could be?

I am suddenly seeing floaters in my vision and a little pain in the back of the eye, especially the left one. Eyes were perfectly normal around 2 weeks ago. I am not seeing any flashes of light or distorted vision, it is just fast moving floaters. I didn't do anything that would cause injury to my eyes. What it could be?
